For starters it’s great to find an auto care open on a Sunday. That alone is super convenient. They were busy. Service for me was great. Friendly staff. Dropped my truck off for a slow leak in a tire. Fixed and ready in few hours. No issues. Thank you.

I told the guy I needed a battery, he claimed I needed a new throttle body. After he did not do a load test on the battery, I asked him to do one. He then came back and said the battery was bad but I still needed a throttle body. He told me the throttle body would come from another store and I would need to wait. I told him to just do the battery and not the throttle body. He asked the manager and told me “we can do both or nothing”. 3 hours wasted. I went to Pep Boys and got a battery in 20 minutes and everything works great. I would be careful bringing your vehicle to this Firestone location.

I came prepared to sit awhile knowing the amount of work I needed done. I had a nail in my tire and needed a replacement, an oil change, and new windshield wipers. Jacob and the rest of the team communicated throughout everything. With a rental through Uber + Hertz, we had to call to get all the individual items approved. It was a bit of a tedious process, but they were attentive through it all. It’s obvious they have respect for their customers and are doing everything they can to work through multiple work orders. They were definitely busy, but willing to take the time to juggle the needs of anyone who walked in. If you’re expecting to get out on a timeline, then get there at their opening time. Definitely my first choice for auto maintenance needs — thanks guys!
