Jesus took care of me went in for oil change found out I had a nail on one of my tires near the firewall so it couldn't be repaired so he give me a good deal on tires. Definitely will go back very professional and welcoming

Had a 10am appointment told it would be 2hrs, 3hrs before my car was touched and a total of 4hrs before I left. Need to be more informative with your customers

The man at the front desk is extremely rude. We made an appointment and got treated as if we were walk ins. We know the process is long but when a customer ask questions we shouldn’t get treated as if we are bothering him. I love the brand Firestone but this is my last time using them and I’m closing my credit card. It is totally not worth it to go through this for a second time at this location.

made an appt weeks in advance for my appt. between the time i made my appt and the day of, i had additional issues with my car. when i took my car in, asked the staff i delt with to add a service and was assured it would be. service was not completed. also, typically im asked if i want my receipt emailed or printed, this time, the staff TOLD me I'd be getting it via email and basically dismissed me. the staff was overall dismissive, not really friendly. will no longer be going to the Gardena location, hopefully Torrence will treat me better and listen to my needs.

Got an oil change, battery and front brakes. With an appointment waited almost six hour to complete service. Staff doesn't have the best interaction with customers. New battery was not secured/bolted back down, causing terminals to hit against inside hood, which caused a short.
