Took car in for an oil change, they called and told me that the alternator fuse went out, and that since it was out the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. They said they didn’t know what happened during the oil change but that they would cover it. Them offering to cover it gave me the assumption that it was caused by something they did. In the same phone call they told me the part was already ordered and would be in the next day. Now it’s the next day the part is in and they are supposed to fix the fuse. And they call me and tell me that now I need a new battery and that my old one is shot. My car showed no signs of the battery wearing down, and was completely fine before bringing it in for an oil change. I go to check out and they tell me the total was 83.00, I questioned it since they told me I needed a new battery. The lady goes and talks to a worker because she kept asking if they were covering it (again, 1 person assuming they were covering it gives me the assumption they were at fault). They finished out of their private talk and I indeed had to pay for the new battery. I went in for an oil change and came out with a $335 tab & no answers on what happened besides “there is no way it could’ve happened during an oil change” “we don’t know what happened” well clearly someone knows what happened and won’t take fault for it so I had to pay for it. Sketchy business for sure, me & everyone I know that goes there will not be back.

I had an appointment scheduled at 2pm for a standard oil change. Apparently they had another appointment at the same time or something and they were an entire hour behind- meaning I got to sit and wait for an entire hour before my car was even taken back for its oil change. It's cool, I guess. It's not like I had anything else planned for the day other than sitting and waiting over two hours on my car and its oil change, despite scheduling my appointment days in advance.

The Firestone team is outstanding, economical, and reliable. Bob and Jorge prioritize the customer and consistently assist me whenever I bring my vehicles to them. I highly recommend that anyone have their vehicles serviced here.

If I could rate zero stars I would. They lied about getting my cars tires put on with no appointment needed, had to go to Papillion forestone to get the tires on scheduled an appointment for an alignment on Wednesday, sat and waited an hour. Paid for the alignment no one said anything was wrong in fact I get told “cars good for a year with this alignment come back then to check it” Turns out they did not preform an alignment on my back tire because of a bolt being shocked. Took me calling them back when a different mechanic said the alignment was not done on the back end for them to own up to their shit. They offered me a discount to get the bolt fixed and alignment done due to the inconvenience. Schedule an appointment but while driving I noticed the car was making clunking noises. Took it to a Firestone in Lincoln where I live and they said 3/5 lug nuts were broken and 2/5 weren’t tight so I was lucky the tire didn’t come off while driving. I called Bellevue back to tell them what Lincoln Firestone said and got told “it’s not my issue we didn’t do this we didn’t do anything to the car” funny how it wasn’t their issue but Firestone district managers disagreed and paid for the cars lug nuts to get fixed. Firestone said it was their fault so thanks George for saying it wasn’t and refusing to help. I will never recommend this location to anyone. They have gone so downhill I would rather go anywhere else. The fact that they’re willing to let a customer go on the road with a tire that’s unsafe and fail to mention that along with not completing the full alignment on my car. Tells me this location doesn’t care if people come back to them.

I came to Firestone to get my breaks checked because the place I was going said I needed some break work done but I wanted another opinion. So I set a schedule to come in Friday after work and of-course my workday ran long and I called to tell them I’ll be late coming. Anyway when I arrived , I met Jorge Lopez first he was with a customer so he said be right with you sir when he felt it was taking to long with the other customer. Then Leria Faulkner came out to help me so I explained that I called I was going to be late but neither of them received a call form me and we figured out I called the wrong Firestone, Jorge had along day and was like we booked but however Leila said he made an appointment and she asked if I heard any squeaking or grinding or does my break go to the floor and I said no and I think she knew something was weird and she was very polite and took my car in and we she called to let me know about what was going on she was so polite and has a very good customer service tone that put me at ease so I new my car was in good hands, she said nothing was wrong with the breaks but it’s this whistle coming from my serpentine belt that they could fix. I was like yes I need that fix the other company never told me that was fixable. That’s a plus! Thank you! So I most definitely got that fixed. She said they were pretty busy but if not today in the morning your car will be ready. The next day Jorge Lopez called me and said sir before we start working on your car we realized that these are the wrong nutts on the tire we had a hard time taking it off. These are the nutts that they use but we recommend the correct ones and wow. Nobody said that to me before. So I agreed to get them change and he said come get your car in a couple hours. When I came to the place he showed me what he was talking about with the nutts and said he just didn’t want me to be stranded somewhere and have trouble taking off my tires. Thanks for that! Then I met BOb he completed the pay part of the transaction and he seems like a good guy to. Now I’m big on customer service and I right honest reviews rather good or bad because I look at reviews before do anything at a place and want people to trust my reviews because I’m honest and I want to trust reviews to. Firestone has got them a forever customer if they keep up the great work and thanks to the manganic(s) that did a great work on my car.
