I took my car in to have the fluids checked because Woodhouse said they failed their inspection. I trust the employees at the Firestone store on 90th and I was right, fluids were fine. They also checked my tires to be sure they were filled correctly. Annabelle was friendly, professional, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I strongly recommend this Firestone for any auto care.

This place has gone down hill rapidly since the last time I got a car repair. The way I was talked to yesterday was very unprofessional. They acted like their car was the one needing repairs. I was told I needed a battery because my car would not start, when the car has power and a good battery. Because I refused to buy the battery, they refused to do service on my car. You just lost a customer who spent THOUSANDS of dollars here. And it's no secret that mechanics try to get over on women. So when they spoke to my husband, there was a different tone and the explanation was less confusing. I guess they're only equipped to do oil changes and even then I wouldn't trust these new guys they have working. They may just say you don't need oil but a new battery! Plus the last services that were done on my other vehicle was not fixed whatsoever. 0 stars. Where did all of the good , professional mechanics go?

About a year ago, I brought my company vehicle in because I had a screw in my front driver aide tire that was causing a slow leak. They fixed the tire quickly. After I got into my car and started to drive away, I noticed it was stuttering harshly when the gas was pressed. I continued driving. This behavior continued. I inquired about this to a mechanic I know. He stated that maybe they didn't balance the tire. I then called Firestone and explained what was going on. They gladly suggested that I bring it back in.i was miles away at this point. I got about a mile from this location, stopped at a stop light. When I tried to accelerate, there was a loud thud and the vehicle would no longer respond with any movement when the gas was pressed. The transmission was out! This was not an issue prior to this visit. The vehicle drove beautifully prior to this visit. I then had the vehicle towed back to Firestone. They stated that the transmission was out. No information that I didn't already know. They said a transmission would need to fix it. They offered no explanation, apologies, or compensation for the damage. The vehicle sat there until my company arranged to have it taken away. I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never visit another Firestone after this incident.

Shoutout to Annabella and Grant for the amazing customer service and answering all my questions. I came in yesterday to schedule an appointment for a single tire replacement and she helped me out asap and talked me through all my options answering my questions with a respectful tone and this morning Grant got me in and out asap I hope these two get recognized for their excellent service and hard work thank you Firestone on 90th and maple !
