This is the first time I've had an all around fantastic experience with a mechanic in years. Everybody is so friendly and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get everything that I needed for a much better price than anywhere else... And pretty fast too. They also went above and beyond with their inspections and services, giving me honest info along the way, so I feel confident about the safety of my car for upcoming road trips. It's such a relief to have found my go-to place :)

Absolutely no help and trying to make money. Extremely Disappointed with Service and Customer Support During my last oil change, the technician overtightened the oil tank bolt, causing it to strip. Today (Friday), I called to address the issue, and the person who answered the phone, Laura, immediately told me that my car is beyond their warranty period and the only solution is a complete replacement of the oil pan—without even inspecting my vehicle first. This response is completely unacceptable. The damage was caused by improper handling during the last service, and the dismissive attitude over the phone made it worse. Laura’s unwillingness to take responsibility or even offer to inspect the car shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. I expected much better from Firestone and am deeply dissatisfied with how this issue was handled. Customers deserve better care and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to be cautious with this location for critical maintenance.

This place is great. The employees are awesome and they do an excellent job in a very reasonable time. The location is also nice, the seating area is spacious and clean (though they could consider getting a new TV) and the rest rooms are decent. I have been to this location twice and will go back again for any car maintenance needs.

TL,DR: Deeply disappointing experience that left me questioning their business ethics, as the person that I talked to seemed to target customers who “don’t seem to know about cars”. I came to their location with what I thought was a simple tire pressure issue but was “recommended” to change the whole set. Note that my tire pressure was actually 41psi later when I checked, 31,000+ mileage, and the whole set seemed fine when I checked following a youtube video which seems professional to me. It almost felt like a fraud to me, and the tactics that the person used was a combination of "Playing with your aversion to loss" and "Making you anxious" - a deal with a time crunch. I had low tire pressure for one of the tires for my tesla for weeks and eventually came in trying to get it fixed. I described the issue to the person at the front desk, and he came to check my tires and told me that the tire's pressure was way too low - I felt puzzled because I just added more pressure the day before and the car didn't give any notice about low pressure at that point. And indeed, when I checked later the tire pressure was 41psi! But back then I didn't realize he was lying! Thinking back it was also very weird that he could simply tell with his eyes. He continued checking and said that tire was very worn, and also checked another tire saying it was way too worn too. And he would recommend changing the whole set of the tires. We walked back to the front desk, during which he asked about my mileage, which was only a bit over 31,000 miles (I didn’t know the recommended mileage for a tire change either). Then he recommended a set of tires that they have in the store, and I had no idea about different options and was thinking I need more information. He then said to me "if you feel comfortable driving for a couple of days", I can go back on Thursday (11/7) when they start a sale, for which he did have a note with the info about the sale. He told me that I only need to put a deposit down now to hold the tires, because as they only have 4 individual tires, and if another customer needs them they will have to give the tires to them if I don't hold the tires now. I felt pressured but I think I need more information. So I told him that I needed a moment - I talked to my husband over the phone, discussing while we did some research on the fly and wasn't sure still, so we decided to go back on Thursday and meanwhile we could do more research with our tires. I went back saying that I hope to do more research and if possible, I will reschedule on Thursday. I checked with the person if the tires become unavailable, can I wait till he orders them and becomes available. The person replied saying that it's just that the deal may no longer be available if I don't put a deposit now to hold them. Fine, I felt the potential of losing the deal but still thought I needed more info. So I said I will call later about my decision regarding whether I want to hold the tires and put down a deposit. Then the person replied "okay, but you will still have to come for the deposit. We can't take deposits over the telephone." Man, I felt stronger about the sense of losing the deal! But again I need more info…I rescheduled without putting a deposit. I left and did more checking on the tire following a YouTube video, and turned out the tires are fine! The more I thought about it, together with my normal tire pressure at the beginning, the more I felt it was a scam! And the fraud tactics the guy used, yes I looked it up too, was a combination of "Playing with your aversion to loss" and "Making you anxious". I am an Asian female, and I think he was using that stereotype and trying to get me into buying the tires from the beginning when he commented about the obvious low tire pressure which was actually 41psi. And to be honest I indeed do not know about cars, but what he tried to do was ridiculous. Do not recommend, especially for those who don't know much about cars and may be targeted for something you don’t need.
