Amazing customer service and prompt attention to details. Tony and the Warm Welcome guy were honest and professional. I have visited several other Firestone locations and did not experience the level of respect and professionalism I have experienced at the Levittown location. I'll definitely recommend it to my family and my friends. Very happy and satisfied with the service provided!

Bought tires through ebay And a tire installation package through ebay when tires are delivered to Firestone Levittown make a appointment for 4 o'clock on a Thursday when I get there they tell me they don't have confirmation for the install Then the guy goes on computer and gets confirmation for install then tells me he can't install tires because he doesn't have confirmation for the appointment says I have to leave car until he can confirm appointment Keep in mind there where no cars in the shop The worst place ever I would never go there for anything

For a tire plug, the charged me$42 two years ago. I was planing to take my car for state inspection but after reading these reviews, I will go elsewhere. Apparently, Firestone will n Levittown never changed their immoral behavior and rob people at all cost. Customers satisfaction should be the primary goal for any business while at Fire stone, ripping customers is the goal, shame on you.

I was there for an inspection this Feb and found that my belt is had scratches or wear I went ahead had them changed it, it took them more than three hours and gave me reason they were waiting for parts. I was not doubting anything from them I got my car home I felt try belt made clicking noise when I turned I open the my hood I found a pike and a piker left in outside the ditch of my windshield area. I still thought the clicking noise might be from a new belt. Two months later my alternator die I took to my friend garage and found out he couldn’t loosen the belt and the tension screw was destroy and the belt was forced in and scratches all the belt bearing wheel from Firestone mechanics and I had to replace those bad belt bearings and cost me almost thousand. I did remembered I heard them banging my car when I was there replacing my belt now I understood why! Why they had to lying to me? And it was so dangerous left tool in front the ditch my windshield. I felt like I been lost the trust and I regret didn’t check their work after I picked up my car. I was trusting Firestone and now I lost my trust. Hope someone can find my experience was useful.
