Had a flat repaired on my brand-new tires that I got from this location. They told me the sensor light should go away on its own which it did not. I called and the male named Kenny was rude. The sensor was never reset when they fixed the flat the guy just said it should go away on its own and it didn't. So, I called to see if I can take it in and all I got was excuses as to why it might not work and then told it would take an hour to reset it. I paid a pretty penny for these tires, and they have warranty, so I don't understand why it is a big issue to just make sure they do it right the first time. This location always has an attitude. I use this location for my personal and company car but at this point I can begin taking my cars elsewhere if it is not going to be done right to begin with and if there is going to be an attitude or excuses. This is your job and if you don 't like it find another profession.

The manager here is extremely rude, I didn't request him he was just the one who helped me check in. I also found there is no point setting an appointment. Sat for over an hour and a half and my car still never got brought back for an oil change. They do not tell you anything either, or even just a small sorry it's going to take a little bit longer. I finally just picked the car back and noticed it sitting there still after that long in the parking lot, and will take it somewhere else. Yes a long delay is frustrating, but it's more about how inconsiderate and rude their tone is. It comes across as a business that has clearly so many customers they don't even need to worry about a small smile or basic common courtesy. This would be the DMV of oil change location. Would 100% never come back here.

im not the type to leave negative reviews on anything, but i had an appointment about 10 hours ago for a simple tire rotation and an oil change since im leaving on a long trip in a few weeks. im from texas so one of the things my folks do for me for support is let me use their firestone account (with their permission/calling ahead) since my stepdad was the one to always fix my vehicle problems when i still lived with them. everything seemed fine, it was done pretty quick, the employees were kind and i had nice interactions with the other guests while waiting as well, but when i went back after my stepdad got the call that it was ready, they told me that they did do my tire rotation and oil change, but that they also put windshield wipers on my truck as well and said that the "owner of the account requested them to be put on". since i had actually had a conversation with my mom earlier about how i needed to buy new ones (we agreed that we would just buy cheap ones and id replace them myself), i assumed that they maybe got them for me as a surprise? but lo and behold when i grabbed my keys and got in my car i immediately called my stepdad and mom and they both got extremely upset that firestone had lied to me about the windshield wipers request. none of us requested new windshield wipers be put on, and it probably costed 5x as much as it would have if i wouldve just done it myself like i planned to do the same day. i wish my parents could be reimbursed for this because its not fair and feels really sneaky. i know this is a common practice with mechanics to get better numbers so i've learned a lesson, but why did my parents have to be involved ? :( very shady business

Sold me very good tires for a fair price. However keeping my vehicles headliner clean from full dirt hand prints and damaging my rims during the tire replacements is a huge turn off. Some gentle handling would be greatly appreciated next time.
