Went into Firestone Clovis for an alignment after I got new tires from America’s Tire. Paid for the 1yr alignment. Told them it was pulling to the right. After the work was done they gave me the alignment before and after paper. They didn’t really go over it. I noticed one of them was in the red. Took it on test drive and it was still pulling to the right. Went to my mechanic thinking it was something else and he couldn’t find anything wrong under the hood. Went back to Firestone Clovis since I have the 1yr alignment. They put it on the rack and said they couldn’t adjust it anymore. Thinking I took the L and something is wrong with my car. A couple months later I go to get my tires rotated and balanced at Americas Tire - Herndon. They offered to look at my alignment for free and if they adjust it then I would pay. They said they could adjust it and it felt like brand new after. They did what Firestone Clovis couldn’t and didn’t push me to side. I won’t be going to Firestone for future work or tires. Had to pay twice for an alignment that should have been done once.

I liked that I was able to set up appointment on-line and when I opted to wait for my vehicle it was ready at the time rep said it would be ready. The service I received was efficient and friendly.

My husband made the earliest appointment when they opened at 9am on a Sunday. There was 1 other customer waiting in the lobby. We took 2 cars knowing that it may take a while and went to do some grocery shopping and had an early lunch. Drove by 3 and a half hours later to see our car is still up on the lift so we thought since Lowes is just down the street, we'll go browsing and come back. An hour later, car is sitting on the other sides lift, barely started getting an alignment. Staff was friendly but why make the earliest appointment just to wait almost 4 hours.

This location has excellent customer service and fast. We didn’t have to wait long at all for the alignment. Thank you so much for all the technician’s help.
