The staff at my location are always friendly and helpful. I have had great experiences ranging from new tires, routine maintenance, and even advanced repairs. I never feel like I’m being pressured into anything.

Brent was awesome. I had a flat tire on the highway and I was able to make it to Firestone. Brent was very helpful and took amazing care of me and had my new tire on and I was back on the road in no time. I can’t recommend Brent enough. If you want great service and a fair price don’t waste your time with other places trust me go see him.

I got a flat at 5pm on a Saturday. They were able to get me in and fix my tire and get me back on the road. They didn't complain it was almost closing time and acted like they valued my patronage. They were nice. They were fast. And I was back on the road very soon after I got there. It was a great experience.

I would not recommend this Firestone to anyone. Rodney straight up lied to my face and told me they could perform a full break job on my 2006 Hummer H2. I even stopped by the day before the service was to be done and he saw my vehicle. He even commented on how nice it was. I took off work early so I could bring it in for the work to be performed. I dropped it off and an hour later they call to say it won’t fit in their bay. I call BS. At no time did anybody there ever question whether my Hummer would fit in their bay. There bays are 10’ wide and so is my garage at home. I’ve never had an issue fitting into a 10’ bay. They are just lazy and do not want to do the work. If they didn’t want to do the job they should have said so up front instead of having me waste a day to come in. Be honest up front and tell people you’re too lazy to do the work. I could have gone somewhere else and had the work done. I definitely do not recommend this Firestone for anything.

Although I'm a loyal customer for Firestone since years. And although I had 2 major repairs in 2 consecutive months. I experienced a real inconvenience in my last visit. After I picked up my car, my wife discovered that the box by the left side of the driver seat is open and 2 gloves are missing. I called immediately "just 10 minutes after I left" the Firestone Reynoldsburg and talked to the same employee. He was so defensive and told me politely that he is upset that I am calling them thieves. (1) I did not call anybody a thief, I was just reporting the incident. He had the full right to investigate and check his way. (2) I was telling the truth, he has to know that. My record with the Firestone never experienced similar incidents. (3) I am so upset that somebody allowed himself to play in my personal belongings. As I did not ask for any compensation, a simple apology from this employee could have been enough to resolve the inconvenience. I will never use Firestone ever again.
