Firestone Complete Auto Care

Thanks so much to Ella and her staff at Firestone. My husband got a bolt stuck in his tire. We changed it to the spare...then the spare air plug broke... we had 15 minutes until all the tire places closed. We rolled up right before closing, and Ella happily took immediate care of us. Within 15 minutes, they had our tired patched and ready to go. The best part was they only charged us 21$! What amazing customer service. We will definitely use them again in the future. Ella your smile made our day! Also, they had coffee, and we were able to warm up before setting back out to change the tire one more time!

Update 10/08/25: got a call from someone at this Firestone location and she was extremely nice and apologetic. They refunded me the difference of the tires and I am a happy customer. I will now make sure anyplace I go has what I want in stock. Because they care about customer service I won’t be hesitant to take my other cars to this location in the future. Customer Service goes a long way in my book. Thank you Firestone. I called on a Wednesday to inquire about 4 new tires. I only needed cheap all season tires to get my daughter through winter. I was give a price and scheduled an appointment for Sunday. I dropped the car off Saturday evening and asked if they could also perform an oil change. They could, so I added that to the estimate. I then got a call Sunday saying they couldn't get my tires and the only tires they had were $50 more per tire. I was upset, why schedule someone an appt. if you don't have the tires. The rear tires were bald and it was too late to take it anyplace else. It wasn't safe to take the car back. I ended up paying (including an alignment) way more than what I wanted. If I knew they didn't have the tires I would have taken my car someplace else because I would have had plenty of time. I had just bought tires for one of my other cars. I've spent more than $1500 at your location and will no longer do business with you. I feel I was tricked. I will spread the word.

I drove 40 minutes to work to find out my driver's left front tire had a bad valve stem that let all the air out of my tire. Gage, Matthew, and the team saved my whole night by getting my vehicle serviced as quickly and professionally as they did. Thank you to the whole team 10/10 service all around.

The Lewis Center Firestone team are great. Racheal and Dana at the front desk our friendly and work to make sure that our experience is always good. The mechanics are fast, efficient, and do good work. The whole team keeps me informed on repairs and recommended services.

Made an appointment to get my daughters headlight fixed at noon. I heard nothing and called at 3:30 to check the status. I was told that they had several unexpected customers show up that apparently took precedence over my appointment. I was assured I was next. I let them know I needed it done today. Already not ok. At 4:30 they called and confirmed the headlight was out (no s***) but it would take an hour to repair and they were closing soon. They asked if I could leave it...Not an option. The purpose of an appointment, in my opinion, is to reserve your spot, it's ridiculous that we were continuously bumped for random customers showing up. Front desk guy was nice enough , no problem there, but that's just not alright.
