Firestone Complete Auto Care

I received a call from my local Firestone where I purchased 4 new tires on Oct 31. Every customer care person I delt with was over the top friendly and very helpful. I was having trouble trying to find and fill out the rebate form for my discount. I called for help and received help but I really did not understand what I was doing. I received a call from the manager (Shannon) the very next day asking if I needed help. This was a women but I do not remember her name. This woman (Shannon) was so understanding and actually helped me register for the rebate herself. I was so happy as this simple task was confusing for someone like me. I will always use Firestone for all my services because they care about their customers! God Bless Them! I give them 5 stars. Shannon is a great employee!

I decided to take the manager, Shannon, up on her offer to get my car serviced, and I must admit that I am incredibly happy with the service we received! Shannon, as mentioned before, helped guide me in the right direction to get one of my vehicles serviced, and the place did an excellent job! Now I had to get my sons car serviced and Kendall, Kody, and Kenneth took great care of us! Kody made sure to stay connected with us every step of the way and let us know what issues we may or may not have been experiencing. Nowadays it is hard to find good customer service let alone great customer service. I would most definitely recommend the Firestone in Canal Winchester to as many folks as possible, and again this review would not be possible if Shannon would not have taken that extra step to help a desperate customer. Thank you, Firestone Family!

Lesson learned. Husbands truck has been there for one week. Dropped off on Wednesday morning. No communication or a quote given for over two days. When we tried to call there was never any answer. we called over and over. Finally they answer, tell us on Sunday we would get a call in a few hours to get it. That call never came and when we went by they had closed early. Monday comes. We call and let it ring for almost 3 mins. They finally answered and said that the technician working on his truck was off that day and it still was not done. It’s now Tuesday of following week. We are told it’s ready. Hours online 7a-7p. We arrive at 6:35pm and the shop is closed. If you want your time wasted, Feel free to patronize this place. I’ll find somewhere that respects people’s time.

They didn't have the tires in stock that their online inventory said they had. They got them from another store after 2 hours when they told me it would take 30 minutes. After another two hours their alignment rack didn't work properly and they couldn't the car off of it. Still waiting...

I always have a good outcome coming here. I usually went to the one in pickerington but after my parents moved to canal I started coming to this one. The only downside I've had so far, is my car keeps shaking after braking. after I replaced my tires and rotors at their recommendation, it's still doing it. I'm very hopeful today that they can find the problem and get it fixed though!
