Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a very good experience here getting brakes and a couple other things done on my car. Josh was great and kept me updated all through the process. It felt like a very honest experience from pricing to the care that needed done now versus what could wait. I really appreciated that. I will be back.

Shannon was very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, and quick on her feet… juggling phones and in-person without losing attention to me, the in-person customer. She took me to the mechanic to show me the issue. Great experience! Also offered available mail-in and Firestone promos. Btw, Aaron and Josh are always great too… attentive, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous. Thanks everyone!

I was greeted in a professional yet friendly manner. They attended to my vehicle’s needs and answered my questions in a courteous manner. My wait time was reasonable while I stayed on premise. I have utilized Firestone in Ohio, Florida and California. Very satisfied.

Absolutely not. I have been coming to Firestone for 10 plus years and even have a store card. This particular day, was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I work from home and don’t drive often, over the next week I noticed an odd noise while driving that was progressively getting worse. My car was shaking and sounded like it was going to fall apart. I was on my way back to Firestone to get an inspection. On my way to Firestone, my front drivers side tire FLEW OFF MY CAR. The lugnuts were not put back on my tire after the tire rotation. This could have been deadly had I not been on a side street. I called Firestone and they told me to have my car towed there so they could repair it. Then their claims department called me and asked me to send them an estimate on the repairs and they would fund it IF they approved the estimate. I let my claims specialist know I needed a rental and reimbursed for my tow. I never heard from the claims department again. The audacity. Where is the integrity and professionalism?! I called and emailed my claims specialist 7 times and never heard back. Then I called the 800 number to file and complaint and they forwarded me to the CLAIMS SPECIALISTS VOICEMAIL. I had to go through my insurance and PAY A DEDUCTIBLE. This is insane, I had to pay money due to their negligence!!! They barely took any responsibility or initiative to make things right. I will never return to Firestone. My advice to you to stay far way from that place.

Definitely never going back to this place again! Last year I went in for an oil change and tire rotation they told me I needed to replace all of the tires in my car because “they were old” which I know was a lie because 2 of the tires were brand new. This week I requested an appointment online for oil change and tire rotation like I’ve always done! I made the request for 5pm because it says they close at 7pm I get an email saying “your appointment is confirmed” with reservation#.” I got there and the guy tells me that I don’t have an appointment and they can’t do the oil change because they close at 6pm so I showed him the email and he says “that just confirms your request to the appointment it doesn’t mean you have an appointment” so yea I’m done with this place.
