I love going here to service my car. The gentlemen here are polite, and I don't go anywhere else because of the service they give in addition to their knowledge of vehicles. If they don't have the parts you're looking for, they will call around to see who has it for you. Just be patient, and they will help. Or they'll redirect you to another vehicle specialist facility for further assistance. I even have a sweater for Firestone! Thank you, guys, for keeping my car in tip-top shape and keeping me safe on the road. 😄🚗

I come here a lot and they do have different receptionists, but I do want to mention that Ray was very helpful and speaks very kind to everyone. He helped me to understand what are my options very well. I also was listening to him speak well to another client about special deals and programs Firestone has. He is great with customers! Raymond was extremely professional and helpful. He communicated clearly what I needed to fix on my car and helped me out a ton. Cant recommend these guys enough. The tech Tom explained exactly how he was doing what he was doing and why. If you gotta hear some bad news and get it fixed, have it be these guys.

I went in yesterday with a battery issue. Ray took one look under the hood and took care of the problem right then n there. He also let me know of some other solutions I could do if the problem persists. My car is running great thanks to Ray. He’s the best!

I am currently at this location getting my alignment finished this is my 4th attempt. 1st time they told me the couldn't do it due to bent tie rods. I had them replaced. I went back and they sent me off with a car that drove worse than before. I immediately went back they told me it was a radial pull and my front tires needed replacement to drive straight. I bought tires and went back like they told me to and they said they didn't have time, it was about 11am. They told me that I would be scheduled first thing in the morning 8am. It is 9am and my car is sitting in front of the business, still not been seen. I will keep you informed. Well still not right, now they say I need tie rods I just had the front tie rod replaced now they say I need front inner and outer tie rods again. My mechanic inspected them both. These guys are not very professional. I will drive with a crooked alignment rather than go back for a bad service and a waste of time. I would like to be refunded for my satisfaction with Firestone Complete Auto care Service in Alhambra. I am so disappointed.
