Made an online appointment for this location the day before and was immediately greeted by a kind gentleman named Octavio when I arrived. He was courteous, attentive and had me out the door within a very short amount of time! Came here to do my 10K service on my Mazda CX50 as I got my Off-Road tires here. The service is great and I appreciate the honesty in checking out my vehicle which I think is totally overpriced at the dealerships! As long as you have your receipts showing you are keeping up with the maintenance on your vehicle, the factory warranty is not affected as this was confirmed via email from the Mazda dealership near me. Thanks again Octavio and all the staff at this location in Pasadena!

The staff took longer than they stated to examine my car, they completely wrecked the valve stem to the point that you could no longer add air to the tire, then claimed I needed a new air pressure gauge after completely deflating my tire to 0 lbs. Luckily I had taken photos of my tires before dropping off my car. I took it to America’s tire, who replaced the valve stem and stated the pressure gauge was working fine. I lost an entire day on this fiasco. They basically tried to commit fraud. It was unbelievable.

I went in last minute needing help to change both my beam lights and this gentleman Austin was so kind to help me change them out. I have a Volkswagen CC and it’s not an easy car to deal with so, I greatly appreciated his help without a charge. What an amazing person and experience. Outstanding customers services care. Staff was nice and accommodating. He was very polite and friendly. Patched the tire free of charge, super happy I didn’t have to buy, tires are expensive! Try them, I hope you get the same great service and attention as I did.

I go in asking to align the car to stock specs, they get it on the alignment rack, cool. I wait in the waiting room while the car is being aligned, after like an hour the car comes back and as I walk towards the car, I noticed that the front end doesn’t look a whole lot different as far as alignment. I look at the camber spec sheet, they realigned the rear end but did not touch the front for some odd reason(STRIKE 1). So I go in to talk to one the employees about the issue, they agree to put it back on the rack, after I go to sit back down in the waiting room, they didn’t put my car on the rack for like another 30 minutes because they thought it would be a good idea to put another car on the alignment rack. They get around to putting my car on the rack and after another 30 minutes go by, the advisor comes to me in the waiting room, saying that they are struggling with moving the camber adjustment on the front end, and he asked if it’s OK to remove my front wheels to get more space to access a particular bolt, I said OK do what you need to do. I asked him how much more time they need, they said at least another hour. Another 30 minutes go by and I go to check on my car and talk to the tech to see if everything is going alright, I personally go in there to show him how to adjust the camber on the McPherson strut suspension and after 15-30 minutes, the advisor comes back saying they couldn’t do the alignment and they’ll eat the cost, so it’s whatever, I get my keys and I leave a bit bugged and upset (STRIKE 2). I leave and the steering wheel is sitting 45° left going straight. Next day comes around. I drove it for like 15-20 minutes and when I get out the car, I noticed that the camber changed since the last time I saw it. So I try to move it by hand and what do you know, the whole wheel moves due to them leaving some of the nuts and bolts loose (STRIKE 3). This is very unsafe and could have resulted in a serious accident. Who knows what else was potentially left loose. Please never come here, and go to a reputable shop. Don’t ever bring your business here if you value your own safety. I called them asking if I can send them this very video through either text or email, they say that they don’t have somewhere I can send it to so I figured this would be a good way for them to review the video either on Google reviews or yelp.
