Firestone Complete Auto Care

I brought the car in for an oil change and rear brakes. Dropped the car off on Saturday to be picked up by the time they closed on Sunday. They said it was not going to be a problem. I got a call on Sunday letting me know they couldn't complete the brake job because they couldn't bleed the brakes properly and they would have to wait until their knowledgeable mechanic came to work on Monday. I picked up the car on Monday night and returned it on Tuesday evening because the pedal had way too much travel and felt like it was bottoming out. They said they would get right on it. I called them during lunch on Wednesday and they said they were just pulling it in. Called again at 4:00 p.m. and they said they couldn't complete the job because they didn't have a qualified mechanic. I've had my cars serviced at Firestone since my first car in 1990. Never have I heard they didn't have a qualified mechanics for a brake job. How can I recommend this Firestone to anyone?

Nick is awesome! I actually came to Walgreens to buy some stuff and accidentally left my lights on my truck on. So I walked over to Firestone and asked him if he could pls give me a hand. And he gladly helped me! Walked right over with his battery jumper and got me on my way! Great guy!

Can you imagine that founder of Firestone Harvey S Firestone walk in this shop and see after 100 years of his business that his tire shop cant fix tire pull out nail and patch also force customer to buy new tire. Shame bussines...

Stramwood Firestone provides excellent on.time service at a reasonable price. Staff is excellent and is reliable at giving details of their work on your vehicle. All in all a very professional service center.

We have been taking our cars to this Firestone for years. Today, I had a possibly non-repairable flat tire and I went to Discount Tire where I bought the tires. They wanted me to order a new tire for $280 before they tried to fix the tire. They also wouldn’t tell me how much I would get for my trade-in (bad tire). I left and went to Firestone. They quoted me two new tires for $340. I opted for the higher grade tires, but each tire was less than what Discount was going to charge for one tire. AND two of my brake lights were out and they replaced those. WIN WIN.

Drop my car off at 7:30 am on a Tuesday because I have a oil leak. I told them it is also due for an oil change. They told me that it probably won't get look at on Tuesday because they only have 1 mechanic. I said ok. On Wednesday no one called me, I called at 1:15 the girl said she doesn't know what's going on she thinks that I may have a bad oil housing and she would call back after talking to the tech. Never called back, so I called at 2:30 I gave her hour and 15 min to call back. When I called back a guy answered who sounded like he was not Knowledgeable enough. Telling me that the oil change is complete and that I have a minor leak at the housing but not to worry I can drive with it. I then called my mechanic who I should've brought it to in the first place told me do not drive like that I can damage the motor. I highly, highly, highly recommend not to bring your vehicle to this Firestone. They have no idea what they are even doing there. They are the worst service station.
