Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had my wifes oil changed here a few weeks back and noticed a oil stain in the driveway where she parks. Vehicle was leaking oil because they put the drain plug without the crush washer. Gave it 2 stars because they got it in and finished quick. But i guess if you want it done correct you have to do it yourself.

When I realized I had a screw in the middle of my tire – during one of the coldest snaps we’ve had here in February no less – I was a bit panicked. At the recommendation of a friend I called Firestone and Q quickly got me in for a same-day appointment and what I hoped would be a patch job rather than a tire replacement. Everyone I encountered upon arrival was incredibly friendly unprofessional, and my daughter and I posted it up with coloring books and activities to help pass the time. My daughter was thrilled to get to see our SUV up in the air while the gentleman carefully worked on the tire, and thought it was magic seeing the vehicle come back down to the ground. :) The service was efficient, friendly, and not a nickel more than I expected. They really saved me from a lot of stress with this quick repair and their kindness. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else who needs an ethical tire repair spot. Thank you, Q and team!

Although slammed with work and extremely busy due to low staff, the Firestone team was more than accommodating as well as helpful and beyond informative. I will definitely continue to return to this location for my vehicle needs. Regardless of the weather my services were not turned away. Thank you once again for your help.

I'm not one to write reviews, good or bad. But this did it for me. I bought the lifetime alignment from this location a few months back and had an alignment done on my C5 Corvette earlier this year. everything went smoothly I just now came back a second time on Sept 3rd for another alignment since I had a shop put all new suspension components on the car, coilovers, bushings, sway bars, tie rods, etc, the first photo is my tie rod before alignment, the second photo is my tie rod cooked! The metal had started melting, absolutely crazy to me to apply heat for that long to try to get a nut loose these are aluminum tie rods. They had overheated my tie rods and put heat onto my brand-new coilovers (second photo, circled in red) these are not cheap parts and now need to be replaced. the coil has a sticker that was burnt, that clearly says (DO NOT HEAT) what does firestone do? They heat it and possibly have caused damage to the interior of the coil. So now after just wanting my car to have an alignment done, it has damage to the majority of the driver-side rear suspension components. in addition, they had sent me on my way home stating my car was all good to go and didn't want to give me an alignment sheet due to the alignment not being complete. I'm very very very upset and will not be coming back to this location or any firestone ever again. outrageous. In addition to that the shop is filthy and very unorganized (last photo). I filed a claim with Firestone on Friday to get this resolved and have yet to hear back from them. I don't recommend coming here regardless of what you need to do to your car.

Excellent customer service! Amazing people and amazing work! I went in for an inspection and they told me everything That was wrong with my car in less than an hour. They helped me out so much and I am overly thankful. Best service that I’ve ever gotten from a mechanic. Do yourself a favor and take your car to THIS Firestone if you have any problems.

The current management team (Q, Omar, Sam) are great to work with. The work was completed on time and for the most part the price was reasonalbe. I had a lot of questions before/after the repair and all my concerns were covered. I liked my experience with this local Firestone and hope it continues.

I've been taking my car here to get an oil change since I moved here years ago. Went in a couple of days ago, and they hooked me up with a coupon. Service was quick (had an appointment). They did bring up some concerns regarding my car, Kashaad was not pushy over trying to get me to pay for the recommended services. He is respectful and makes it easy for me to continue to be a patron at this location. I felt this experience finally warranted a review from me!
