Brought in my Mercedes SUV to mount and balance four tires. They gave me back my car with every single lug, stripped, and all four hubs damaged and let me leave like that. The employee at the front desk said to bring my car back the next day and they would make it right and then the owner refused to take responsibility and wouldn’t even let me speak to the technician who worked on the car. Really dirty business practices from manager. I hope the next person who they do this to doesn’t have a wheel shear off their car on the highway because a proud arrogant boss doesn’t want to train his technicians or take responsibility for his mistakes.

Christian was super helpful and patient! Had a screw in die wall of my tire, and they found a replacement tire from another Firestone location, picked it up and did the install all within a few hours. Great service kind people!

I went in to have my Jeep’s tires unmounted and remounted, as well as having it balanced. Unfortunately, the job was done with cavalierness. I still can’t wrap my head around how my rims came out looking like this??? A torque wrench, power tool, tire mount machine, balance machine, and tire deflator were used. This was supposed to be an easy job, cheap too. I wasted an entire afternoon here.

Terrible customer service. I had a screw in my tire on a Sunday. Arrived at 430pm with a close time of 5pm. Asked the guy if he could help me out do a simple plug. He said no way. The mechanic was on his last car and was leaving once he was done. I drove across the street to Mavis. They did my plug in 5 minutes and I was in my car at 445pm, Firestone was closed 15 minutes before their 5pm closing. I have been using this Firestone for several cars and for a few years now. Guess I'm going across the street from now on.
