I’ve always looked for a local auto and tire shop that is not only convenient but can provided excellent experience and that is what I got from this location. Harry is wonderful! My wife and I have been bringing our cars to Firestone in Santa Clarita since we moved here in 2013, and we’ve had nothing but great experiences. Harry, the manager, consistently goes above and beyond to help us—whether it’s a small issue like a tire patch or a major repair. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve shown up without an appointment, and they’ve dropped everything to help me out. Even when I’ve arrived late, they’ve stayed open to make sure I’m taken care of. When it comes to big repairs, Harry is always fair and upfront. He focuses on what’s truly necessary and goes out of his way to find ways to save us money on parts. On top of that, the communication from Harry and his team is always excellent. They keep us informed every step of the way, so we always know what’s happening and when our cars will be ready. I’m glad I have a repair shop that I can trust. Thank you, Harry and the entire Firestone crew, for 12 years of outstanding service!

This place was fast, super easy, there was no line at 4:30pm. They helped me out with a full rideshare vehicle inspection. If you go there for service, look for Ricky Esparza. He was fast, efficient, and very friendly. Thanks a lot guys!

There is a reason why this Complete Firestone is always extremely busy. The manager, Harry, his manager Rick, and their crew do an amazing job expediting customer needs. From oil changes to brakes, to tires, this crew does amazing quality work. They understand customer and value customer service.
