Just observed an accident and pulled into Firestone to see if people were ok. I parked into a handicapped spot and put my placard on my windshield. A rep of Firestone came out and said “you have to leave, you aren’t a customer”. I explained I pulled over due to observing this accident and wanted to make sure everyone was ok. I am a physician. He saw both vehicles and knew there was an accident. He did not ask if anyone was injured. He refused to give me his name. I am amazed at his lack of caring. I cannot comment on the services but based on his apathy, I cannot imagine doing business with this company. Other’s beware.

I wish they would be honest about how long it will take. When I dropped the car off at 10:00 am they said 2 or 3 hours. When I called at 1:00pm it would be done in 1.5 hours. Came at 4:00pm not done. They tell me by 5:00 it should be done. Oil Change, rotate the tires, and alignment check...

The staff here is wonderful! I have taken my Corolla there for the last year, and I always have a good experience. The guy who works inside, I think his name is Luis, is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely will keep coming back!

Jose is one of the most honest auto shop manager. He wasn’t pushy or in a rush; he took his time explaining everything. Honestly this is probably the best service I’ve received. Very amiable and helped me save $50. Thanks for my tires !
