The Firestone team quickly took care of my vehicle's alignment and they did an amazing job. Prices were reasonable, and the quality of work was outstanding. Although the Firestone mobile app scheduled my appointment at a location that was already booked out to next week, the staff at Firestone had me rescheduled at another location only 10 miles away and a couple hours later. Alignment was done quickly, and feels perfect. Based on the quality of their work, cost and convenience, Alignments for life is a great deal. Thank you Firestone, and thanks to my friend for recommending them. This would have been a five (5) star review if the mobile app didn't schedule my appointment at an already booked Firestone location, and then reschedule my appointment at a new location that was too late in the day for them to complete all work the app promised. i'll continue using Firestone with the app ...and if all goes well increase this review to the 5 star review the mechanics deserve.

I can’t thank Ivan and Ariana at Firestone enough for their incredible help during a stressful situation. My rental car broke down nearby, and they went above and beyond to assist me in dealing with the rental company. Ivan quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a detailed report showing it was due to the rental company’s maintenance error. Ariana was kind and professional, ensuring everything was handled smoothly. Their expertise and excellent customer service turned a bad day into a manageable one. Highly recommend this Firestone location for their dedication and care!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I stopped by the Firestone store a little after 6, knowing it was close to their closing time. Jorge, who was at the front, greeted us kindly and let us know they were already closed but still asked what we needed. When we mentioned that our tire was flat, he invited us to pull to the side, and they would put air in it for us. One of the team members began filling the tire, but unfortunately, the air wouldn’t hold, and we were told we’d need a new tire. My husband started to take out the spare to replace it himself right there in the parking lot. Jorge noticed and quickly came out to check on us, offering to help and bringing out the equipment needed to lift the car. He then offered to get us a new tire right away, even though the store was officially closed. Jorge and the team worked swiftly and professionally, making sure we had a safe, reliable tire for the night. The customer service Jorge and his team provided was outstanding, especially considering the late hour. We are so appreciative of their help, especially after having no luck with other shops. We’re coming back tomorrow to get all our tires replaced because of how amazing Jorge and the Firestone team were. Thank you, Jorge, for going above and beyond!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. The short version is they failed to mention the recall on my daughter’s Kia soul (for burning oil quickly) so they could sell me an alternator (for 500% markup. I negotiated it down) and failed to even check the oil (that they claimed to have checked). I know this because just a week later, the oil light came on and another location found the oil was bone dry and the other location (in Lake Forest) mentioned the recall as well, which would probably mean a whole new engine from the dealer (including the alternator we shelled out $900 to replace just a week ago). A few extra shocking details: I’m in Texas so my POV is over the phone. College daughter’s Kia Soul wouldn’t start. Insurance tow truck found the positive cable was disconnected from the battery and started when reconnected, but suggested towing anyway to get it checked out at Firestone. Daughter said yes. I was on phone with the service guy saying it going to be like $1,300 for an alternator replacement claiming that it needed to be jumped to start. (Daughter told me later, this wasn’t true. the towtruck guy started it without a jump). Felt stuck because I was imagining my daughter stuck broken down on the 405. The guy at the Bristol Firestone even mentioned the oil burning problem (as a known flaw, not a recall) that would supposedly endanger a known bad alternator. (Duh. No oil endangers it all, right?) They said they were going to check the oil, just in case (after I didn’t want them to automatically just replace the oil without checking). I guess he sensed I wasn’t going to replace the oil with Firestone so pretended to ask someone nearby if they’d checked. Fake person said oil was okay. I say he pretended because only a week later (today), oil light comes on and autozone says the oil is BONE DRY. She went to a different Firestone nearby where they treated her very well, gave here some free oil, confirming the bone dry status. Told my daughter that there’s a recall on the whole engine and she needs to get to the dealer to take care of that. (No mention of this at Bristol firestone). This was not the only fake conversation by the way. There was a clearly faked conversation with the “warehouse” where the manager at the Bristol firestone was pretending to search for a cheaper part while throwing around words (while trying to find one supposedly with the right specs) he thought would be too technical for me to know he wasn’t making any sense.He was wrong. Shout out to the Firestone on Rockfield in Lake Forest as vastly superior and ethical as I had come to expect from other Firestones that I’ve been to in the Austin metroplex in Texas.
