I scheduled my appointment for tire replacement for 11 am, and they took my car inside at 11 am. Sean Persaud - Service Manager reviewed the invoice, described what needed to be to be done and the duration of this process. I agreed to have the work completed. I received my car within this time. I was quite happy and satisfied with the work. I will recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care Bronx location to my family and friends.

Poor customer service :Charged me 800 dollars even though i spoke to a representative for a price range and he said everything will be around 6-7 hundred dollars. Not only that, the representative said it will also take about an 1h and half for them to complete my car, but I sat down and waited for about 4 hours.

Excellent service. I had an alternator replaced and they were able to get it done within a day. We called and were told to come in right away the two other places we called said it would take a couple of days. So glad we found them.
