Carlos was Amazing! Gave great customer service! Went in brakes and turns out I needed a new battery instead. He was very honest and explained everything thoroughly. Didn't feel like I was getting ripped off! He gave me great suggestions as to my brakes. Prices were reasonable and definitely benefited from the discounts. Will definitely go again! Great service timenafter time. I work 3 jobs and it's still hard. This team always looks for discounts and coupons for and this time was no exception. 30 dollars off my oil change. I'm so grateful becasue I know I can trust them. And from a woman's point of view. This is an area I usually get taken advantage of. But not here

I always bring my car to Firestone, I have trust issues to when it comes to unethical and untrustworthy people/companies. But Firestone has proven me wrong. This is the only time that I’ve had a problem with time but regardless Julissa and Carlos treated with respect and both of them went above and beyond to help me. Instead of walking home I was taken by Julissa which no other company has done or care that much. Regardless of the issues I had. I am satisfied and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Be careful and don’t take your car to this place please. My wife used to take her Honda and Hyundai and she never had any problem at all till last month when she went for an oil change and after about 5 or 6 weeks later the motor was broken completely exploded and the motor has a big hole in the bottom of the motor. This situation was scary because when she was driving with our son. After a few days we took the car for an inspection to see what was the reason and at the mechanic shop said it was because of lack of oil in the motor. we took the proof and send it to the corporate office and has been 3 weeks already and they don’t even reply or send an email or call back. If you go there please check yourself to make sure they fix what you’re paying for because they can say is ready but in reality is not. And you can star having bigger problems because of it.
