The service was amazing! (I believe Geoff helped us out at the front desk?) On my family's way back home from a stressful trip on 9/29 we had a tire puncture, making a rough journey that much harder, as we had our 2.5 year old toddler with us and a few more hours driving to get back home. When we arrived at this location not only was Geoff incredibly kind and professional, but he was able to get us scheduled in mid-day on a Sunday! The senior technician even volunteered to stay late to help out the junior tech on staff and get us back on the road within a couple hours. (Regrettably I don't have both of the technicians' names on hand. Our invoice shows that Adolfo and one other amazing person worked on my vehicle.) Not that I'm in the habit of getting stranded in Santa Barbara, but if I ever had another tire issue passing through the area, I would 100% go to this Firestone location again. And I would like to thank all three of them very much again for being so amazingly helpful!

Waited two plus hours and they still didn't get to my car for the relatively easy new tires. After seeing others people that came in after me get there cars and go I simply left. I would not go there ever

Sunday afternoon: I had to stop by to check my Engine Oil level. The employee (I don’t know his name) was super nice!!! He came outside and checked my car. He gave me advice and I followed it!!! Got home safe. Thank you. While I was waiting outside I looked up and saw something magical: a Halo around the Sun!!! (See pic & video). At that time I didn’t know what it was but it was beautiful!!!
