The service was excellent and they got me in and out in record time! They were thorough, professional, and friendly. They not only gave me what I asked for, but they continued by suggesting things in the future. Always a pleasure!

I took my car to get two new tires, all had functioning TPMS sensors. I asked that the two rear tires be put on the front because they still have some life left on them. They did exactly what I asked but when I got in the truck and drove away I noticed that the TPMS light was on and saying the the front right only had 15 PSI. I immediately went back to the shop where I was informed that I had one bad sensor. I told the manager that it wasn't bad when I dropped it off and he said "I tried to reset it but it didn't reset". And then when I looked at the vehicle inspection report they recommended I change the cabin air filter(my truck doesn't have one), the air filter(which was practically new), and the drive belt(I couldn't find any reason). To say the least, I am most frustrated with the TPMS light being on because if I hadn't asked them to move those tires to the front it more than likely would still be fine. A little frustrated!!

Every time I go in to Firestone in Simi Valley the staff are always very courteous and knowledgeable. When I brought my truck in there was a lot of work required for my vehicle and the manager told me they could do the work in increments and that my vehicle was still safe to drive. There was no pushiness for me to get the work done which I really appreciated. We just brought in another vehicle that we were gifted and it needed a lot of work. Elon was great and went over it with a fine tooth comb. Told us all the things that were necessary and all the things that could wait. I truly trust this location and the people working there.
