"DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE (ENGINE ANALYSIS)" & "COMPLETE VEHICLE INSPECTION" inspections leave a lot to be desired for. 1. My air cleaner assembly had every screw stripped and was unable to be properly closed, yet only "Engine filter looks dirty" was put on the report... any mechanic with a few weeks of experience knows the damage driving without an engine filter can cause to the engine. (200$ assembly in the mail) 2. Concerning my front shocks and struts. Firestone would have installed the wrong part with NO MRC. 1600$ to install the wrong set of parts(72789) vs (84677093) is atrocious. I called to have the correct struts installed and was informed that customer OEM parts will not be accepted. 3. They skipped the cabin and fuel filter as no pictures were supplied. 4. As I was purchasing this vehicle and bringing this in for a paid inspection the mechanics missed: Broken/unresponsive driver door lock actuator (replaced 200$) Broken/unresponsive passenger door lock actuator (replaced 200$) Non-operating cruise control (I am not a mechanic, no clue) Stuck glovebox (diagnosing) Non-op Left button assembly (replaced 30$) Bad Cue Digitizer (replaced 30$) Non-op Right button assembly (replaced 30$) I am troubleshooting a 33% depreciation in MPG from 27mpg to 18mpg and your professionals knowing what they are paid to do would have really helped me make the right choice BEFORE A PURCHASE WAS MADE. It really irks me that the mechanics advised me this was a solid buy and missed SO MUCH. This listing ONLY includes what THIS CUSTOMER has been able to diagnose HIMSELF, I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL. With how much was missed in the "COMPLETE VEHICLE INSPECTION", I shudder at what was likely missed with the "DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE (ENGINE ANALYSIS)". UPDATE:UPDATE:UPDATE:UPDATE:UPDATE:UPDATE: Attached pictures for disconnected PCV Line and Engine filter that was dirty on BOTH sides... Filters are unidirectional, there is no excuse for this failure. I reattached my PCV Line and it has NOT disconnected since! DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS. My PCV line did NOT disconnect on its own!

went to this place to get an alignment They told me I needed camber bolts and a new upper control arm Pretty much my whole front end was messed up It was gonna cost over $500 went to another alignment shop and they said my front end was great and they did my alignment with no problem. This place is a joke stay away.

I went in for a 2 pm appt.was there 30 min early For the $9.99 complete car diagnostic and visual inspection My car went in at 4 pm. what point was it to make an appointment. I was told at 2pm it would be ready in 1.1/2 - 2 hrs. I stayed the entire time car was finished at closing of the day 6:pm,🤨🧐
