Called at 6pm on a Friday with a car overheating, they forced me into a packed schedule Saturday morning first thing. I just spent 2 and half hours waiting for repairs and a $700 bill I certainly didn’t plan on. The fact that I left in a good mood is kinda amazing. I won’t go anywhere else again. Besides how well I was treated, I listened to the two guys working the desk and phones, so I heard them talking to at least a dozen customers and parts suppliers, as well as each other. They aren’t trying to run up bills, they work with some urgency, and they offer options and what seemed honest opinions. I am not great at cars, but I do recognize a business run and staffed right. I highly recommend this place.

Left my car at 6 pm on Thursday and said it would be done by noon next day. Waited and didn’t receive call so decided to call at 430 and asked for an update they said they were gonna call for other recommendations but I was not interested and why wasn’t I called earlier ?? They said they would have car ready in 20 mins so I get there 20 mins later and nothing my car is still up on the lift getting worked on. So for 24 hours they did an oil change and tire rotation??? Terrible service no communication. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Will not be using my Firestone card again will find other place to have car serviced from now on.wish I could give zero stars

I came to thus Firestone to find out why my tire was leaking. They replaced the tire stem valve. 2 days after their so-called repair the same tire was still leaking. I brought my car back so they could fix this same leak. I was told that their machine could not take off my tire. WHAT..... I was told that they could not help me. What did I originally pay for. To me this is a rip off. I also checked my tire upon leaving their facility and they had left the tire stem not completely screwed onto my tire. This was a total waste of my time and money. In my case they did not stand behind their work. Out of money and time with a tire that is still leaking 🙃

Manager was very honest, in assisting us with service. Staff was efficient. This will be our new go-to place. Highly recommend!

I hope would give zero star to this firestone in Romeoville. I had an appointment for oil change on Saturday 10/19/2024 for 12 pm. I went in the store to drop off the keys and the person asked me for the mileage on the vehicle, I asked him i don't remember and I am dropping off so you will get when you pulling in for oil change, the guy told me I need the mileage now to check you in, I said ok let me get you the mileage. I went outside and get the mileage for him. Since it's enterprise commute program vehicle and I did change the oil in the past 2 times on weekends and there were no issues, this time when I was walking out the guy told me that I am not sure that I am able to communicate with enterprise for oil change due to weekend. I told the individual that I have done 2 times in the past and even on Sundays and haven't heard anything about that. The guy keep saying the same thing again so I told if you not able to connect with enterprise let me know I will come back and pick up the vehicle(I hope I am wrongbut the intention was not to change the oil). Guess what after 15 minutes I received the call and he asked me to pickup the vehicle because he is not able to connect with enterprise to get confirmation for oil change. I went and picked up the vehicle and there is Jiffy Lube with in a mile distance from firestone and went there and change my oil in 15 minutes with no issues. I wouldn't recommend to go to Romeoville firestone for waste of your time and money. Thanks for reading the long story.

Brought truck in for check engine light. Vehicle was diagnosed in a very timely manner and repair was completed before lunch. Recommendations were given for future service in a low key non pressured way. Will totally bring the vehicle back for future service and oil changes.

Needed a new rim and it had to be ordered. The wrong one showed up and it would have been another day with no car-but-am employee drove directly to the dealer and got my rim! Car was done 2 hours later. Amazing!!

Excellent service, I would not go anywhere else. Staff is honest, professional and knowledgeable. All services are always explained in detail. Their diagnostic skills are outstanding, you will not regret making this location your go to place.
