I have been to this location several times. The first time was to use my warranty to fix my cv axle in the front. It was bad within the month and “fixed again”. Now it’s my fault for not going back when I changed my oil and noticed a hose ring on the leaking boot and same rust stains as the driver side cv axle. But I figured I’d have time to go back. Less than 10,000 miles I finally go back and it’s not under warranty. Anyway , I went for a lifetime wheel alignment and it was messed up after and pulling right. But I figured they just suck. But today my tire light was extra blinking. I looked and the tires was bulged but laying on the ground but not flat. Anyway , the tires was bead was not seated. Another mechanic I stopped to ask said that’s really bad and definitely should have noticed and can’t align tires if the tire is not seated. So. I could have got into an accident driving around the last two weeks because of their negligence and inexperienced staff. Ugh. Just try to be decent. Ppl can’t afford crappy mechanics and especially dangerous ones. I’ll go to the other location.

I usually don't write reviews. But yesterday's experience really got me close to my patience limit.I had a specific wait in place appointment to have two new tires mounted and an alignment done. This can easily be performed in one hour max. I'd be fine waiting even two hours. It took four hours (showed up for my appointment at 1 and left at 5). While I sat there waiting. Furthermore, when I asked a few questions about why certain numbers on the alignment sheet didn't come in where they should be, the answer was to not worry about it. The clerk couldn't explain. The whole procedure was irritating and it seemed I was dealing with extremely incompetent people. Plus, there is a clonking now when I'm driving that wasn't there before. So, I most likely will have to (and dread!) go back and have them see if they messed things up. Bummed out.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. They were working with maybe only 3 mechanics and 1 man in the office part and never once while I was waiting did they fall behind schedule or seem upset/stressed they were short staffed. The team that worked the past weekend deserves recognition because there amazing n take pride in there job.

Went to Firestone to get a basic general safety inspection on my 2003 Range Rover. Took 1 1/2 hours to get the safety inspection done, and they failed us. Our tires were bad in a few places and that our suspension was on the bump stops which was a lie. Anybody that knows anything about range? Rovers already knows that that year and model has air suspension and is self leveling and that the suspension system on these have technical problems. The computer automatically sets it all the way down but not on the bump stops. They told me they couldn't pass my vehicle because if they did. They could be fined $15000 because it's unsafe to operate on the road. I've been driving the car for 2 years now. If it were on the bump stops, I think I would've heard it by now because every time you hit a speed bump or a bump in the road it's going to make an awful noise, and that is definitely not the case. On my way back to hot springs I stopped at Walnut Creek Service Center he came out and checked my car and it passed. Unless you want to get ripped off, do not stop here. All they were trying to do was sell us tires and get as much money out of us as possible. If i'm able to after the fact I will update this with a picture of the failed inspection and the pased one on the same day. I just want to keep anyone else from having the horrible experience I had. I will put a picture of both inspections. The foul inspection is wadded up. Because I was a little aggravated. But as you can see January 28th one failed the other 1 passed with lying colors, you tell me what happened? Lol

Been here 3 times, this was not so great. Hope you guys can turn it around and just trying to give honest feedback here. 1) I had an apt at 1pm. I dropped off the car at 12:30. The car was not done when I came back at 2:50pm. It was up in the air. Why does it take 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation from my scheduled time with no communication about how busy you were or, that you slotted other customers in because I didn’t ask? I don’t feel like I should have to do that. 2) it took me 5 minutes of back and forth 15 times in person to understand whether or not I was entitled to a free tire rotation. Indeed I was. But we went back and forth about what past records said. Then the work order charged me for the tire rotation anyways. Why? 3) I feel like there was a coupon for another oil they didn’t apply or didn’t ask about. Just, overall pretty meh experience. The other 3 times I’ve been here I hadn’t experienced this before. Though my sister was looked at a lot last time which made her feel uncomfortable. May try out the other Firestone in town further away from me next time or change my own oil.
