Firestone Complete Auto Care

We've been taking our cars here for probably 15 years for basic tires and oil changes and have had great experiences the entire time. The managers know us and always are happy to help us. Recently Daniel, Robert and Hugo helped us and all 3 were so genuinely helpful and cared. Robert even let me in even though it was a few min past closing. We appreciate the years of great service.

Danny is amazing! Got my four tires changed and alignment fixed, great pricing! He was thorough on what service is recommended and needed. Definitely no pressure and explained why you needed the service. Already have another scheduled maintenance in a few days and I plan on having my cars maintained here from now on. Great customer service and recommend others who need service to come here!

This place is a joke. Waited 4 hours and 45 minutes for 4 tires to be changed when I had an appointment booked. I was blatantly lied to upon arrival, I selected tires of which only 2 were in stock, so I switched to a selection that I was told 4 were in stock and ready to install. Two hours later I ask why my truck hasn’t been taken care of and another employee tells me they are waiting on my tire delivery because the tires the other employee sold me weren’t actually in stock. So after waiting 2 hours for being lied to, tires get delivered and another employee tells me it should be about an hour. I wait another hour and still nothing done to my truck. I asked again what was happening and was told the tire alignment machine is full and I was next. Finally after 4 hours of waiting they put my truck up for alignment and begin install. After 4 hours and 45 minutes of waiting I was finally able to get my truck. This establishment and its employees are a joke. Even after making an appointment to save time, it was almost a 5 hour waiting experience as well as the employee blatantly LYING to me to ensure a sale. No business should benefit off of lies to the common people, but I guess that’s firestones motto. If I could give this 0/5 stars I would every time.

Called on Friday to make an appointment on Saturday at 11AM. I'm certain I was connected to a call center, the fella I spoke with had a thick Indian accent and the worker at the store said nobody like that works there. The call center also informed me my oil change would be $50. I get to the store at the scheduled time and the worker checking me in doesn't seem to know I have an appointment. He then informs me it will be a 4 hour minimum wait just for an oil change. Fine, okay, so I drop off my car. I get a ride home and when I do, I check the order confirmation email, only to see that the oil change is going to be $100! The guy in the store did not tell me how much it would cost, so I'd been working off the assumption it would still be $50. The oil alone was marked as $90, when the same oil and quantity was listed at $23 from Wal-Mart. The upcharge is ridiculous, communication simply doesn't exist between the call center and the store, and it takes so long for the simplest job. Never going back here, take your business elsewhere.

I had an appointment at 7:00 am and I arrived at 7:15, I was told to be there at the appointment time but they told me the wait time is couple hours, I went back around 8:37, the car still parked in the parking lot, the guy told me that he thought I was dropping off, he only has 1 female worker who works very slow on the car that was dropped off last night, he told me that I have to wait till she finishes the other car which he doesn’t know how long, I was so upset I think he did this to me on purpose because he was trying to convince me to sign up their credit card which I didn’t, and I have lifetime alignment with them. This morning was so disappointing and frustrating with their service!
