Firestone Complete Auto Care

I don't have anything bad to say about this place. I got a vehicle inspection and bunch of work done on my brake system and suspension. Don, Carlos, Cam and the rest of the team are good people. They were honest about everything. Even if they made a mistake. They would rectify the situation. It is really hard to find integrity in a shop. Doesn't matter if it's corporate or mom & pop. But I will continue to bring my vehicle here based on that alone. Doesn't hurt that they're better priced then most of the shops that are near me, as well.

Excellent customer service all around. I was sent an estimate for everything, right to my email. After deciding on what to have done ✅ I was given a quote on the recommended work to be done as well. I found this super helpful and I know what needs to be done in the future and can plan accordingly. There are plenty of places around if you need to wait for the work to get done, which is what I did. I really liked the offer for the firestone credit card and ended up applying. Approved and I’m able to use it right away to pay for the work I need to have done anyway. This has the added benefit of 6months interest free as long as I pay it all off by then. Of course I will, so this was great for me 😊 Thank you Mr. Coshow and staff for the amazing work you did on Rosie. The new battery and tires are definitely noticeable and she’s running much better now.

Don, who appears to be either a manager or service head tech, was outstanding. He is very personable and the time in which service was completed and no attempt to try and give unnecessary services which is a nice change for these days. This will become my new service center for all my automotive needs. Thanks again!

I was highly satisfied with my visit at Firestone I was looking to get an alignment done that day I called and no shop was available to service my car. I called Firestone and spoke with Gary he did say they didn’t have any availability that day. I did mention to him my issue with needing it done that day as I didn’t want to drive my car to work like that he put me on hold and was able to service my car that day. I was so happy with the service at this location in Yucaipa and with Gary thank you so much for being a life saver and being able to service my car. I really appreciate it so much and I will be back to this location the customer service was amazing as well I was highly satisfied and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
