Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have been coming here for many many years but will no longer be giving this Firestone any business whatsoever. I had an issue with the heat in my car. I called on Tuesday (1/28) to see about taking it in. They said they've been super busy and scheduled me the soonest appointment available for the following Saturday (2/1). I dropped the car off well before the appointment time and was assured they would look at it and give me a call with the diagnostics so I could choose how/if to proceed. The entire day goes by and after not hearing from Firestone I called and they had not even looked at my car. I had an appointment that was scheduled multiple days in advance and still they let my car just sit there all day long without even touching it. I was asked to leave it "until Monday or maybe Tuesday" when they would have time to look at it. I will obviously be taking it somewhere else that is not too busy and actually wants my business.

I was there for a battery/starter issue. I was amazed by how well the shop handles its busy schedule. The manager was professional and the service was excellent. I am a long-term customer and I don't hesitate to recommend this shop for you.

My dad went to Firestone in Diamond Bar to get the leaking valve cover gaskets on his Toyota Sequoia replaced. During the repair, an electrical failure occurred. Troubleshooting the issue took over a week, but Bryan was kind enough to offer a replacement car for the entire time the vehicle was at their location. After diagnosing the problem, they had to replace the entire wiring harness. Given the car’s age, they never tried to place the blame on us and took full responsibility for getting it fixed and back to life. I wouldn’t think twice about going back to this location.

6-7 months ago I received unsatisfactory customer service from this store. Yesterday I received the same poor service. The only difference, and I do appreciate the difference, was that the person who worked with me apologized and explained what happened. Thank you, but "sorry" doesn't get it done. I'm not sure I will retired after 40 some years with them. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. I do not like to complain, but they can't fix something if they don't know they have a problem.

The team made sure my care was completed fast. They were very calm and understanding in explaining to me about my car. I would refer them to everyone.
