Overall the worst experience and nightmare I’ve had over a simple oil change. I brought in my ford mustang for a quick oil change and these guys crashed my car. The worst part about it is that it’s been 2 weeks and they failed to correct the issue.I’ve been driving with a damaged car -their entire team has failed to do what’s right . I’ve tried reaching out to manager to get answers and somehow he’s never there. No one seems to know what happened or provide me with clear answers . Sharing this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Nobody deserves to have their car crashed when you take it in for an oil change. The fact that they act like it didn’t happen and downplay the situation is also alarming.I had to call corporate and their claims department is now having me go do 2 estimates to review my damage and they expect me to take days off to go do this and do their work. Completely unprofessional and outrageous

Came in for an emergency tire change last minute on a Sunday as they were closing and Dillon and the team didn’t even hesitate to help me out. I am very grateful for Firestone as this was the only shop that had the tire I needed and was open this late.

This place is trash as a matter fact, all fire stones are trash. Totally missed diagnosed what was going on with my car tried to charge me $1100 for no reason at all. I got my brakes done from a Firestone in Highland. They didn’t really do the brakes at all. I brought it to Lake Forest. They said the brakes were fine. I took it to a different shop and they let me know the brakes were only at 10 to 15% And needed to be completely done. I had them done at Firestone just one month ago. Big company for no reason at all don’t take your car here they’ll overcharge you. They’re not good at their jobs and they just don’t really care Firestone complete my A double snakes.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service at this Firestone location. I called ahead to get a quote for a lifetime alignment and was told it would be $265, based on the vehicle information I provided, including my plate number. Confident in this price, I made an appointment for 5 PM. I arrived at 4:55 and waited 20 minutes to check in, only to be told that the price had suddenly increased to over $420 because my car is an EV! Frustrated, I immediately called another Firestone location and provided my VIN number. That location confirmed the original price of $265 and, without hesitation, completed the alignment at that price—no questions asked. Meanwhile, this location refused to honor the price they had quoted me and told me to "just go to the other location" if I wanted it done. On top of that, they rudely brushed me off and told me to "call the manager tomorrow" as if my time wasn’t valuable. This is completely unacceptable. Firestone advertises itself as a professional and reliable service provider, but my experience here was anything but. Pricing should be consistent across all locations—especially for the same service on the same vehicle. Instead, this location wasted my time and showed no accountability or willingness to resolve the issue. The other location handled my alignment professionally and at the quoted price, proving that the problem lies entirely with this specific location. This place clearly lacks proper management and staff who care about their customers. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location at all costs. Firestone needs to seriously address their inconsistent pricing and unprofessional behavior. Zero stars!

Carter gave us excellent service. He’s a very nice young man who explained everything clearly and made sure service was done efficiently and my car was ready on time. I’d have given a 10/10 except for the app doesn’t run smoothly and navigation is poor. The receipt never came in the email and I had to reload the app to even see the itemization.
