John the manager was so accommodating. He made me comfortable having my repairs here. He had a friendly professional attitude. He explained all my repairs and printed up maintenance in the future. My car was fixed promptly. I appreciate his honesty. I will be back. I have found my future repair shop. Thank you all so much!!

Store manager, John, greeted me by first name when I walked through the door. Jeep Dealership 1/2 mile away quoted me $1,487 for work. Firestone same work but $337. Mechanic noticed water pump was leaking they could fix but dealership would fix for free due to power train warranty. They offered me the choice to pay $600 or take to dealership. I thanked them for being honest and looking after my wallet instead of their bottom line! That's why I try to bring in my vehicles to Firestone. I highly recommend the quality work, friendly staff like Laurence.

1. It is very easy to make my appointment online.2. Upon entering, I was greeted by very friendly employee. I felt valued and appreciated.3. John and the other manager (I'm so sorry I do not know his name) are always so friendly, upbeat, positive, funny and trustworthy.4. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I feel like I can genuinely trust what the service manager is telling me my car needs.

This store's personnel (Lake Elsinore) operated professionally, kindly, and efficiently. The customer service is solid. In my case, I needed to plug a tire. Counter personnel treated me respectfully and examined my car specs with me, and my bad tire in front of me. He checked out wear and tear on the exterior wall for bulging (okay), and the interior wall (okay), and described the plugging process clearly. Very pleasant. No charge for the repair (road hazard), and a pleasant demeanor throughout.

John and his crew are always extremely professional. They have a caring attitude, in that they clearly explain the repairs needed in a layman's terms so that even the most ignorant or unmechanical people will comprehend. All of this while still not being condescending when asked a million questions. They have great patience in dealing with customers and equal knowledge while dealing with the autos. I've been going here for years and highly recommend them.
