Got rear ended at a stop sign in my 2019 Nissan Rogue. We had a It less than a year after a hot and run totaled our Toyota matrix, Dale, Larry, Brian, and the rest of the crew worked quick to make it look like the First Time we drove it off the lot. Larry and his guys went what I would consider above and behind. I brought my truck in because it failed e check with the check engine light on. He calls me gives me the details about what’s wrong it we agree to get it done. Not once did he try and up sale me on something I didn’t need. To my surprise not only did he replace the part needed at a very fair price he took it to get a passed e check. I have looked for a long time for a good and honest mechanic and I took a chance here based off the reviews and it didn’t disappoint at all. This is definitely my new go to place for me and my family. Outside of me, these guys will be the only ones touching my vehicles. If you’re looking for work to be done on your car take a chance on these guys you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Larry to you and all the other guys at the shop.

First Time Automotive is top-notch and the best hidden gem in our area. They work with Sillver Rock/Carvana warranties and this how I found them. I was having self-diagnosed transmission issues and schedule an appointment with them last year and they were wonderful to work with but unfortunately I was still under the manufacturers warranty and had to go to Ford. The local Ford location did a lengthy but acceptable repair however I started having off and on issues again about 1 week after my manufacturer warranty expired. Well my car couldn't do the issue for the test drive, my tech Dale identified an issue pretty quickly and temporarily fixed it while we waited tor the part. Once the park came in my repair was done within a day. I have had no issues since. I highly recommend this shop for transmission issues!! Thank you!

Took my car in a couple weeks ago due to heat not working then coolant overheating. Turned out to be a busted tube and all my coolant leaked out. They ran an engine test to make sure everything was good there and no valves were blown. Also a pressure test once they fixed the blown out hose and everything came back good. I have been driving it since then with no issues. So thankful to have found this auto shop, professional staff that won’t try and rip you off, they got me in super fast the next day and had my car fixed that afternoon. Will be returning in the future for any auto services. Support small businesses. Thank you First Time Auto for taking care of my vehicle quickly and efficiently and for doing great work!

Big thanks to Dale, Larry, and the rest of the gang. I drive a 27 year old car that most shops wouldn't give the time of day. A 97 Olds Bravada that I bought from a friend for $500 in 2014. Last year, my front differential was on its last leg, I searched 3 states to find a used part (they dont make those parts new anymore) only to find out that the place I purchased it from had missmarked the item. It was the wrong part and not usable. Once I found the correct one, FTA saw that the rear differential was about to go, sourced a part on their own, and were able to do them both at the same time, which saved me a considerable amount of time and money. Most recently, I had to redo my entire front suspension. The guys at FTA were able to make it happen and help keep the labor costs down by doing everything at once instead of bleeding me dry part by part like some shops have been known to do. My car has never driven better. I only wish I could give this post more than 5 stars.
