I am completely satisfied with the results of the work that Five J's performed. From the beginning, the staff treated me well. In addition, the receptionist was thorough and respectful of my time. The adjuster was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. They washed my Jeep and returned it before the estimated time. I recommend this establishment hands down.

Five J’s goes above and beyond every time! I needed some body work done after a no fault accident, and my car was returned to me looking like it just came from the factory! Mike was thorough and communicative through every step and worked professionally with the insurance company to expedite the process so I could get back on the road. On top of all the body work, which was flawless, they even realigned my headlights and had my car smelling brand new. If you need body and automotive work done, look no further, these guys are the best!

I just wrote a review on the satisfaction survey they send out after the car is fixed. I'm including it here, because it says all that is needed. "Your team went above and beyond. Not only did you fix the damage to my car, but you restored my paint job to factory perfect on the entire car. Mike and staff members I dealt with were kind, courteous, to the point. I appreciate the directness, as well as the absolute willingness to make my vehicle shine upon pick up. I'm so happy. I will be sure to send you business if I have the opportunity to refer someone. Thank you so much!" Seriously, you can't go wrong with this shop. My damage wasn't extensive, mostly cosmetic, but all the panels were smashed together and I couldn't even open my door. They guarantee their work, quick to finish, and they work professionally with insurance claims. I had a no fault accident, and they worked with the insurance adjuster to be sure the other guys insurance took care of everything. Amazing experience! Look how shiny my babygirl came back to me! 💗

My stolen car was recovered by NYPD and towed by 5J's. They called me at noon that they had my car. I picked it up 2 hrs later. It's an older car, so no theft/collision insurance. Car must had been in accident and had suspension damage. My friend has a tow truck and came to save me from having to pay to tow it to my home, where I can do mechanical work myself. It's bad enough when someone steals your car, and you have to pay for the tow when the cops find it. But then get charged 2 days storage because it took them 2 days to call you, and then pay for yet another tow, because they towed your car off their lot, onto the street, literally 20 feet, because they are probably mad you are fixing the car yourself, is bullshit. $125 tow turned into $300. Just charge me an extra $175 because you feel like it.
