Mixed feelings. They took a while to get me my car, and it was in great condition although my tires were flat but I seen someone else’s car which was held for less time and they absolutely destroyed it. Even watched them give another guy an issue about his car which was a bit unnecessary. Def mixed feelings

Curbed my wheel and then asked me to spend $50 just see pre tow pictures because they know they damaged the car lol . A bunch of crooks with no accountability and money hungry idiots who just say anything . 100% would not recommend

I came to five J after an accident with my dodge caravan and they are amazing. Bodywork came out perfect! They repaired, detailed the car and did my inspection all in one week. Customer service is excellent. The ladies in the front desk, John and Mike are kind with excellent communication during the car repair.

Poor service manger Michael had my wife waiting on from 8am all the way to 9am for a car. He was yelling that the car would be out in 15 minutes. Had us waiting while on the phone making himself a coffee. I’d advise for new management and more workers. Shouldn’t take 59 minutes to two hours to locate a car smh.

My 2010 Infiniti Qx56 was towed by five j’s twice and each time my $200 battery jumper car charger, my NYSEMT Plaque, my 300 lb jack,and my torque drill was stolen this company steals out of the vehicles they tow not to mention when I went to get my things out of the vehicle they wouldn’t let me get them myself they are very rude nasty and thieves why steal from people that work hard for what they have this company is unprofessional garbage
