My dad had taken his truck in just to change a part and have his key programmed. Something that should've just taken a few days is now taking over a month and a half. The truck is just sitting there with the rest of the cars not being touched or nowhere to be found. Excuses are being made everytime my dad goes by to see whats going on. If they don't know what they're doing they shouldn't have a business. They're just stealing money from people.

I had a horrible experience here. They made me feel like I was NOT important. He had my car for over 2 months the first time and that cost me $1,500. I had my car 4 days and had to take it back. now they have my car another 3 weeks and want another $1,200. I don't think so. I might be dumb but I am not stupid!!!

I didn't get any mechanic work done from there, so I can't in any right, comment on their workmanship or labor capabilities, but they werent able to even find the time to check my car for what could possibly be wrong with it until days later. Idk if it's because they are such good mechanics?

Getting stranded when your truck breaks down in the middle of the Sequoia's during a family camping trip isn't something I'd wish on anyone. If you find yourself in the same situation as I was in & need to find a good, reliable, & honest mechanic, Jose & his crew over at Five Star Automotive will take good care of you. What should have took 20 mins took 9 hours. We called twice to check and see when our car would be ready and we’re told, “don’t call me I’ll call you.” Needless to say 5 hours later he called and tried to charge way more then what he told us it was originally going to be. I’ll never go back.
