I am so glad I took my car here for body repairs. I was hesitant to use a recommended shop through GEICO insurance because in the past I’ve had poor experiences but Fix Auto was fantastic. The drop off and pick up process was really easy and I received text message updates for the work status throughout the entire time. Front desk people were kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

After one status update, I had to call to follow up, only to hear the same excuse: ‘We’re waiting on a part.’ When I finally got my car back, it was dusty on the driver’s side, with dust on the hood and other areas. The paint job even had lint stuck in it, and there were noticeable gaps between the panels. I’m really disappointed with the quality of the work.

Repair work was excellent however, the customer service could be better. I never got a call on status After the first contact or when my car was ready Via the app they sent me or by phone. I had to call them myself. Staff is professional and polite

I was very impressed with Fix Auto Campbell, they were professional and efficient. They communicated clearly when I could expect my repairs to be completed. They also ensured I had a rental car pick me up from the shop, which was a very nice touch of hospitality. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and my car was restored to its factory condition. The paint matched perfectly and they were kind enough to wash and detail my car as well. I am very happy with Fix Auto Campbell and will be returning with any repair needs I may have in the future.
