Fix Auto Clovis - Fresno Body Works

Fix Auto Repair makes the inconvenience of car repair very pleasant with their customer service. They contacted Enterprise to pick me up for the loaner that the Insurance provider arranged. But most of all I was very impressed with the body work. My car is 13 years old, and they fixed it back to showroom beautiful! The dent was fixed and paint was expertly blended in. Jeff and his staff members are very nice, efficient, and respectful. I submitted an online estimate request over the weekend and they responded first thing on Monday morning. I brought in my vehicle on Monday and Jeff went through the repair estimate thoroughly. Put the deposit down for the materials and he texted me on Wednesday to bring my vehicle in. By Thursday my vehicle was ready. The repair job looks great. He went over in details what was replaced and repaired. They even washed my car and shined the tires! They definitely went above and beyond my expectations and I'm a perfectionist. I highly recommend them! Thanks again, Jeff and all of your team members who helped me with my car repairs. I recently needed to use Fix autobody again, their work was done pretty quickly a week and a half. Unfortunately, I felt like the trunk was not quite right opening and closing so I took it back and they did a tiny adjustment and now everything is perfect. I really like the staff there. They’re very friendly and professional. I believe they were short one person so they had a little bit more difficulty with communication and calling me back but other than that, they’re a very good company to work with..
