Fix Auto Costa Mesa

I would first of all thank Dave for helping me he is a great guy as well as all the gentlemen that work here, they all were very nice to me on the phone. My vehicle was stolen and recovered by the LA County Sheriff. Mercury Insurance had the vehicle towed to fix Auto to be inspected for any damage. By the way Mercury Insurance was also very professional and treated me very well. I went to Fix Auto and was greeted by Dave, we went to look at my car and there was no damage at all. I was very lucky. Dave then told me that they would wash my car and then I could pick it up. I was very happy that I was getting my car back and washed as well. I told Dave that if I ever had the need for any body work on my car or if my friends ever needed it that I would highly recommend Fix Auto these guys are genuine and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

If you want rude customer service and your car to be trashed on the inside when you get it, by all means go here. Not only was my car trashed when picking it up, Dave told Jennifer that my car was done so she had enterprise pick up my rental just for my car NOT to be complete and had to have my rental returned to me, making me wait almost an hour when I didn’t have to if they were transparent over the phone. Then the next day I came to pick it up just for them again to not have the part and told me I can come back first thing in the morning. This continued for 3 whole days until they actually had the reflector for my car. I showed them how trashed my car was and how they broke my dogs car bed. Dave and manager Matthew promised that they would replace them. Here it is 13 days later, I drove to the shop just to be yelled at, hand in face and disregarded by Dave. He is unprofessional and ‘desk girl” Jennifer, as she calls herself tried to butt into a conversation she was never apart of. Again, I strongly advise anyone to avoid if possible. Photos attached. I really tried not to post a negative review but now that it’s been 13 days and nothing has been done as promised, I have no choice. UPDATE: On 08/21/2024 Manager Matthew called promising me that he would have Jennifer priority mail me a $250 visa gift card but here it is 08/31/2024 and I have yet to receive it. They seem to keep the lie going to “satisfy you for the moment”.

Let's start with the moment walking into the building i was met with the best customer service. Fix auto kept me in the loop with the status of my car the whole way through which I loved. Now when I picked up my car I was surprised with how amazing my car looked , it was done with care and love and you could see it in the job that was done. I believe they took the time as if it was their own car and thank you for that. Thank you for the experience I will definitely let people know about you guys and the amazing job you guys do, keep up the great work.

Fix Auto did a great job. The team at Fix is both professional & efficient, while still being friendly & welcoming. The work was done ahead of schedule, on the quote, and was exceptionally good. Add to this their connection with Enterprise Car Rental made the entire transaction a very good experience.

I’m so pleased with Fix Auto Body Shop. Fast and quality work with the team there. Jennifer and Armando were so helpful. They really work with any situation I was in.
