When shopping around for a place to get my car fixed, Fix Auto was the second place I called. I was greeted on the phone by a very kind voice-they were attentive and helpful. This was a very different experience from the first call that I made to a different shop. Throughout my experience at Fix Auto everyone that works there was so nice and provided professional and wonderful customer service. They were communicative when plans need to shift and kept me up-to-date on in my car would be finished. Overall, probably some of the best customer service I’ve received in town from any business-very happy with my experience. Thank you Fix Auto!

I’ve taken my car to FIX AUTO several times over the years and I never have to worry about whether or not I’ll be happy with their service. They’re so on top of things, plenty of updates along the way and they even rinse/vacuum your car before handing it back to you! Stellar work always! Glory at the first desk is wonderful and Paul (repairs contact) was also great to work with. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need y car serviced or repaired.

I went there for some repairs, and I couldn't be happier. Paint job was amazing. I couldn't ask for a better job. I really appreciate them. Great at communicating, was done fast, overall was a great experience. I'd highly recommend them!

Great bodywork and paint. I was told that the tonneau cover would be replaced, but instead only one of 3 segments was replaced - which looks really crappy. I was called midway through the work on the truck to see if I wanted a small dent in the roof repaired, but I was not told about the tonneau cover - I would have opted to pay the difference but now I'm stuck with a crappy roof. I believe USAA authorized the replacement of the entire cover. I was expecting much better. We've dealt with Henson's for decades and this is my first disappointment! Geeze.
