Great staff! Always keep us updated on the progress of our car. Highly recommend Fix Auto if you want it done right! As we were picking up our car they told us that we have a lifetime warranty on our repairs.

Great experience! Repairs were done lightening quick! Communication was excellent! No hiccups between them and my insurance to get everything completed as quickly as possible. A few weeks ago, or longer, I had gotten into an unforunate collision - I first spoke to a kind woman named Breanna about bringing the car in to be looked at. I had it towed up to Fix Auto the first time, and then asked Breanna can they fix our flat right tire. The shop did, and she kindly responded with a smile and told me the car was ready. At the time of the accident, I had no full coverage on the vehicle. However, believe it or not, I had no idea I lacked collision coverage. I am NOT a fool, and would never had driven this car if I was aware before the accident. The shock hit me when I called my insurance, and they told me they couldn't repair the vehicle because I didn't have collision coverage. Our vehicles always had full coverage - I'm not one of those irresponsible drivers who intentionally drive around without full coverage including collision coverage. I thought I was going to continue my business with Breanna, because she was the one who initially emailed my estimate to me. However, some woman named Kristie, Christy or Christie (spell?) in the front office has been rude, judgemental, and aggressive from the jump. If she doesn't respect me, because I lacked collision insurance, she didn't have to deal with me. However, she is the one who jumps up each time I bring the car back. Getting smart, nasty, being judgemental and aggressive is not a way to deal with nor please Auto Fix Customers. Whenever I go to a place of business, I would appreciate if the employees kept it professional, and not approach me with a nasty and judgemental attitude. She assumed I was driving the car, and questioned me how did I get it to Auto Fix if I weren't driving it. There was a piece dragging underneath, and I appreciate Auto Fix doing what they could to stop the pieces from dragging. As they are correct, the car is wrecked, and cannot be driven until repaired. I gave a negative review the first time, but not to the shop in general. Just Kristie and her nasty personal behavior towards me. As I said, someone else could have handled my concerns - not some nasty judgemental person trying to put me on some level of discomfort all because she doesn't like me. This review is for her, and for her only. Everybody else has kept things professional. Also she brought up the review I left the first time, but that was only because of her nasty energy, and attitude towards me. These reviews are just towards her. I had bought my previous car to Auto Fix, and the people there were kind and professional. Answered my concerns without judging It is why I bought our current vehicle back here.
