Experience was great. I primarily communicated with Marvin O. He was always cordial over the phone and in-person. He was also quite knowledgeable about the repair for my specific vehicle make and model, and common issues associated with the damage to my vehicle. I was referred by my auto insurance to repair my passenger side rear door area. I was pleased with the work as well as the customer service. Everyone I delt with were very polite and professional. After noticing a few scratches on one of my tented windows. They offered to repair it free of charge. I was updated every step of the way on the work and its completion. The repair look like new.

This place has the right name Fix Auto .I was involved with the process from start to finish I was informed on updates about the status on my vehicle and I didn't have to call them once they kept me informed from start to finish which was completed a week ahead of time. The customer service was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly I was in and out without any issues. They have a valuable customer satisfaction and experience they are my fix it Auto to go place in Lancaster ca. Oh and did I forget to mention the guarantee 💯 on repairs.

Wow I couldn’t be more thankful for the Fix Auto team and their amazing services. These past 4 months have been tough for me someone had hit the front of my car in May and they did an amazing job working on my baby and making her brand new again. I was so happy with their work. Sadly in the beginning of September someone had hit me again on the freeway and I automatically knew I was going to go back to Fix Auto to take my car and I was just as happy with their work as the last time! Thank you guys so much Fix Auto!! Y’all are amazing! I highly recommend them.. you guys won’t be disappointed!
