VERY efficient, friendly, & professional. I was initially hesitant to bring my Tesla in for repair of a relatively minor rear hatch dent. My Insurer had refused to cover repair through the OEM, & instead recommended Fix Auto since they were also an authorized Tesla repair center. I’m very satisfied with not only the quality of work, but the time to repair ended up less than half of the original quote. A special shout out & kudos go to Paola for keeping me informed!

I recently had an experience with Fix Auto in Oceanside, and while my car wasn't serviced there due to it being totaled, I wanted to highlight the excellent customer service I received from the front desk staff and adjusters. I went to them based on a recommendation from State Farm insurance. The communication was clear and timely, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Although I didn't have any body work done, the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff left me confident that their repair services would be just as commendable. If I ever need to use my insurance again in the future, I will definitely return to them to get the work done.

Minor damage from being rear ended, insurance paid for everything. Was able to get in for an estimate same day with an appointment and took care of my car immediately. Tina was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Car was ready sooner than the time frame given and when I picked up my car it was brand new again. Inside and out. I’ve taken my car to the dealership and fix auto did a better job. Will definitely recommend.

Really happy I selected Fix Auto Oceanside to repair my Tesla. The entire repair process was a breeze, from booking the initial estimate appointment to completion of the repairs. Tina from Fix auto sent me regular updates on the status of the repairs and notified me of any changes to work or schedule. My vehicle ended up being ready a week early, which was a welcomed surprise. Most importantly the repair work was really stellar. I was concerned about paint matching, but my car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Very happy with the result and happier I selected Fix Auto to complete the repairs. Highly recommend them
