I was very pleased with how my car came out, they washed my car as well, they were super nice and professional. And I loved that they made things easy for me with the car rental. I highly recommend them.

I got into a fender bender and was able to bring my car into Fix Auto in South Oxnard through an insurance claim. They made the whole process simple and easy. I was able to bring my car for an estimate and get it fixed, within a timely manner (less than a week 4-5 days). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Carlos, the estimator, did an awesome job giving me calls and keeping me up to date. They also were extremely helpful in contacting enterprise for my rental so I was given a ride once I dropped off my car without having to worry. I would definitely come back if needed. Thank you again!

I have had three experiences with Fixx all on the same poor Volkswagen that must have a bullseye on it. Each time has been clear sailing minimal time spent and careful communication until I picked up the car. My deductible was waved this last time and refunded deposit check was waiting for me. Great service

When I was in a car accident, my mechanic recommended Fix It South in Oxnard. From start to finish, this company was wonderful. They did a beautiful job fixing my badly damaged front end. I take very good care of my car and it broke my heart to think that I would never get it back to how it was before accident. Mike, Unique and others were wonderful to work with. We were heading into the holidays and it appeared that they would not be able to finish car in time for me to have it when I really needed it. BUT......I got a call from Mike saying, "it"s done" and I was amazed. Mike and other employees had stayed focused on my car and were able to get it done sooner than expected. These folks are committed not only to finishing the job in short order, but they did a beautiful job!! Go forward a year and 2 doors started clicking (as older cars do) when they opened and shut. My husband had recommended oiling hinges, which employee Carlos suggested also. When this did not work, Carlos talked to several people about replacing hinges (which is not cheap) and made sure that this was the way to go. Well, I have "her" back and she is quiet as can be. Thank you to Mike, Unique, and Carlos (and all that worked on my Grand Cherokee). They were kind, thorough, and patient with all of my questions. I highly recommend this business.
