Would give more stars but basic at painting .. left paint drip marks.. Under my hood had a lot of dust from sanding (white in color).. water drip marks of cloudy water left all over my car.. I specifically requested for my window to stay rolled up.. Didn't happen dust left in my vehicle.. some parts of my interior had a type of synthetic shine and other super dry spots (sheen off) as if they wiped it with alcohol.. evidence of use of a harsh chemical(acetone)on the outside plastics and was covered up with a type of synthetic shine.. When I called about it they were very defensive from the beginning instead of being apologetic or somewhat sympathetic.. The assistant manager wasn't very helpful.. Was worse than the employee.. blamed it on the age of the as if it was a good excuse.. my car is garage kept & rarely used. Still looks new beside this hick up from supposed professional.. They lack integrity.. Forgot to mentioned . They try to fix the drip marks on the spot but they left sandpaper scratches on my hood.. Gap left at bumper and fender joint.. before it was left on their hand it had no gap.. I had a great experience with the Palmdale Fix Auto..

Everything went smoothly. From having my car inspected and fixed. They even helped me with my rental. Phillip did an awesome job updating me with the cars status. Thank You so much Fix Auto Quartz Hill. I'll most definately come back for my car issues.

Hello from the start from the phone conversations to meeting everyone there very freely welcoming nice interaction got right to the matters cost and turn around finished vehicle… not only a wonderful great job … it was like it never happened and daily follow ups keeping me posted and after also still can’t get over the job the and everyone I met that made this so nice easy to go through they have my for life I hav already been telling others about how great work Fix Auto Quartz Hills is thanks again !

Great service. I dropped my car off the exact day and time I requested. Staff is very nice and courteous.. my. Car was fixed in a short time frame and the texts from fix auto. Kept me informed. The attention to detail. In fixing my car. Made it look. Brand new.. thanks. Fix auto.
