Luis and Boon are top notch guys. They tried their best to make sure I was happy before leaving their facility. I did not proceed with repairs at this facility because my insurance was giving me the run around but I'm sure these guys would make you happy if you come to this location. Thank you for your assistance and your professionalism. Very much appreciated. The company should consider themselves lucky because of these 2 exemplary men.

Repairs were done very well and quick, AND my personal requests were taken into account. I would recommend this auto shop.

I went here for a bumper replacement. They coordinated directly with my insurance, which was super convenient. They also have a relationship with Enterprise rental car, so it was easy to arrange a rental while they had my car. Communication about my repair, including clear expectations before the repair, were great. My car was done earlier than expected. They even pulled my car out of their tiny parking lot and put it in the drive way, so it was ready to drive straight off the property. They also let me know about an unrelated (not critical) issue on my car without pressuring me to get it taken care of with them. I knew about the issue, and both my (now former) tire and oil places pressured me about it, even giving me un-requested quotes. I appreciate that they simply mentioned it and left it at that. As a woman, I also appreciate that they didn't speak down to me or in a patronizing way, which happens in so many auto industry places.
