We had an excellent experience with fix auto. They were nice and the communication was good. I had a constant message and info on how the repair was going. Consuelo was amazing(Temecula Office). She was very professional and very good customer service. Highly recommended. The repair on the car was unnoticeable, and its like brand new. Thank you fix auto team!

Fix Auto is incredible! They worked professionally and efficiently, getting our car completed in less than a week (over Christmas week too!). Their estimating team was so nice and knowledgeable and their assembly team did an excellent job. My car looks amazing. They even detailed the inside of the vehicle, which was a very pleasant surprise. They are A-1!

4.5 stars: Consuelo does a great job. Great communication and polite customer service. However, she should be able to process payments in house and not call in CC info to main office. Also, Didn't know this is a satellite office and feel like this should be disclosed at dropoff that they will take your car to another location in Murrieta.

Thank you Fix Auto! Our car got vandalized and we had to make a claim to our insurance, which we weren’t happy about, but Fix Auto and our insurance made it quick and painless. We got our car back faster than we expected and they even cleaned it and were even able to return our rental car for us. Our car looks like new. Thanks again.
