I called up Flagship One and ordered a replacement PCM for my Town Car. They made ordering over the phone really easy and shipped me out a good working PCM. Now it’s been a few weeks and my car is still working great. Tip: I used ForScan to program my keys myself (Ford only).

They sent me a bad ECM. The unit they sent looks like trash. The picture showed a new unit, but I didn't get that. There also was crap in one of the sockets on the ECM. Their return process is grueling. I need my vehicle asap, but all they want to do is make me jump through hoops just so i can get it returned and replaced. Instead of sending me a good unit and I send the bad one back so i can get on with my life, I have to send the old one back and wait for them to test it. I can't wait. The vehicle i have is the only one that i have. You can find ECMs like this on ebay for cheaper if I'm going to get a old ECM like this.

EDIT- they have messaged back to my review quite promptly. But have not emailed me back personally or addressed my refund payment as of this moment. Edit after EDIT- After my post here, my refund was deposited to me the same day. What a mess, thank God it's over. -------------------_-------_-------------___________ This place is a scam. If you don't believe me, check out their address on Google maps. It's an unmarked warehouse- not quite the reputable front that their ads would have you believe. I wish I would have known this before I made my purchase. They advertise refurbished units but I don't know where they get their pictures. What I got looked like it was fresh from the dump, with a wire wheel job on the cases and some new stickers slapped on. Fairly sure they never programmed it. I ended up getting a reprogrammed used unit from a private seller online and it actually works, unlike the unit FS1 "programmed to my ViN." Not to mention, I paid for two extra programmed keys and never even got them. If you read all of this and still buy from them, you will have nobody to blame but yourself. I gave them a chance because circuit board medics didn't cover my vehicle model. Check out the pictures, you can see that they don't even take the connector head off before wire wheeling the cases. That likely means they never even took the unit apart. The warranty void stickers are just there to dissuade you from opening the unit and confirming this. Not to mention they didn't even clean the unit off, there's dust and particles all over it. Pretty sure all their positive reviews are Bot - generated. Still waiting on my refund, weeks later. FTC complaint filed.

So far my experience with this company has been great the ordering was easy and I received the module quickly. And when I dealt with Marie today for an exchange, she was very helpful and very professional and very easy to speak with. She is a very nice lady that's very good at her job you can tell. So their customer service is outstanding too! I have no complaints whatsoever and I would recommend them to anybody that's looking for the items that they're selling. Thank you Marie and thank you Flagship one

They were very quick to respond and my part was pulled and being programmed the next business day. Hannah was particularly very nice to deal with.
