I was stranded in a small town in NY, coming from Canada and Dan answered the call to tow my vehicle. He was professional, kind, and put me at ease. He made sure my vehicle was safe, but he went above and beyond and made sure I was safe too. I could not recommend his services more

Where do I begin?? If there was a way to give a place a negative star i would. Ever since this company was bought out and new management arrived. Their customer service skills became nonexistent. I called in for a part prior to being passed from one representative to another my hold time was about 45 minutes. As a business owner one should strive to please the customer. Or take a class or two.

Drove all the way over there from Freeport for one specific part for my PTO. Waited online for about 15 minutes. Get up to the counter tell them what I need and they tell me that they don't have it in stock and they don't know when they're going to get it. It is not necessary but they don't have it in stock. Since they are the only company on the island that sells these parts they probably should have it in stock.

Worse place ever, their customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn't even give them a star but I had no choice. Good luck if you call them because you'll be on hold for a while.
