This place was very friendly and accommodating. I had to take my car there two separate times. I was very satisfied with the work. Best body shop experience I’ve had to date honestly. They notify you by text message step by step of the repair process. You basically receive a text everyday or every other day letting you know the status of your vehicle whether it be waiting for parts, body work finished and heading for paint job etc. Very professionally ran business and very friendly people. They always remembered my name and greated me pleasantly. Overall nice experience. Hope i never have to do it again for obvious reasons but if i did i would go back there! By the way i live with complete strangers for a few years and all 3 of us brought our cars to Flower Hill I’m just finding out and everyone was satisfied and mentioned it would be Flower Hill of god forbid we had to do it again. That’s enough to say right there!

Amazing in their attention to detail and mindfulness for their customers. Came to them for a wreck on my car and everything from start to finish with them was super smooth and easy! They are very good in keeping touch with you and giving updates on the car repair, as well as communication with the insurance company and the rental car company to handle all the moving parts of my claim. Highly recommend them for service if you have repair work that needs to be done.

My 2024 Nissan Z Nismo was bumped in the back after only owning it for 2 months. I was so upset, even though it was very minor damage, because I'm very meticulous with my cars. I took it to Flower Hill Auto Body, because I have used their other shop in Roslyn with good results with my daughters' cars. The newer Glen Cove shop received a 5-star rating, so I decided to try that shop out for my brand-new car. I can't say enough good things about them! I realize that I'm not the easiest customer due to me being very meticulous with my cars, however, they provided a perfect service! Ed, the manager, was amazing and worked with me every step of the way. The communication was responsive, he took my concerns seriously, worked around my schedule, made sure that my car came out perfect, and did it in the most professional way. The whole staff that works there, were also amazing. They are all very motivated, polite, and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I HIGHLY recommend them. Everybody seems to work very hard at being the best they can be. The quality, craftsmanship, and integrity that they all possess really shows, and is top notch. Update 12/12/24: I wanted to add an additional review. Unfortunately for my bad luck, my car got damaged AGAIN, only a few months after the repair. Thankfully it was very minor again, and also isolated to the rear bumper only. Just like last time, Flower Hill did an amazing job, and it came out perfect. They continue to be awesome to work with. Best on Long Island!

Flower Hill Auto Body located in Glen Cove did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. The damage caused by a sideswipe to my vehicle from a large pickup truck was rather extensive. Flower Hill Auto Body provided me text updates when my vehicle’s replacement parts arrived, when the body work commenced and when the repairs and painting were completed. I never had to call to ask for status updates and they did an amazing job washing and detailing the car. Literally, the car looks brand new. The office staff is so helpful and professional. They delt directly with the insurance company adjuster and worked with them regarding pricing and payment. I would 100% recommend Flower Hill Auto Body to family and friends. Amazing experience! The repair quality is outstanding - my 2016 BMW 228i looks brand new! The staff is amazing. They pay attentional to detail. The updates were incredible. If you choose Flower Hill Auto Body in Glen Cove, I can promise, you won’t be disappointed.
